I love it. I don't have to use webtime but it comes off more ad a tech co so I am sure it is only a matter of time before they work out the kinks. Their platform is so common sense and has all of the functionality I could ever want. This is what I was worried about when shopping for a new system, not sure Paychex or other competitors has the same functionality

Employees schedule direct payments from their individual accounts based on that Processing Schedule- mortgages, car payments, etc. When employees do not get paid on the date which they are promised via the processing schedule, those payments are subject to additional charges, or can be declined entirely.Their customer service is substandard, at best and offers no recourse to employees.
