Great spot to run! Check out the last of the fall colors this week. Right outside Nederland, you can drive down a short dirt road and park at a large lot. They have bathrooms but no dogs allowed! There's a short five mile loop that takes you to a nice old barn the functions as a recording studio! There's a lot of history here and plaques to explain. You're pretty far in the woods, and I was the only one there for early sunrise on a weekday. I could hear elk bugling and the leaves were beautiful. I'll definitely be going back in the winter! read more
