Mark was a great help on both fronts, steering us clear of being over ambitious with our itinerary and making sure we had hotels which cater to foreigners but still providing some of the local charm we'd hoped for (e.g. English-speaking staff, air conditioning, etc). No, this about my need to hold this arrogant business owner accountable for his poor customer service.
