I ordered a box of syringes from Care Express because the price was very reasonable. When checking out, the only shipping offered was FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express, and another FedEx option. When I got my order, it came by USPS. I emailed Care Express regarding my concern because I was quoted FedEx Ground. I received a call from Josh Howell @ Care Express, apologizing for the mixup since it was his error, since he was working in the Warehouse that day. I think it says a great deal of a company when the owner calls and apologizes for the error. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate a company that admits their mistakes.
