If I could give negative stars, I would! I received a massage here after a recent miscarriage and shared deeply personal information with the massage therapist. Later I was told that my personal information had been shared by the therapist and spoken about in front of other customers as the owner and therapist gossiped about my personal life. Then she shared the information with my partner! And due to it being shared inaccurately, that relationship experienced massive disrupt. Six months later I called to share my experience with the owner. Monica, did not apologize or show any empathy or care that my personal information was made public and even shared with my partner. Not only was she extremely rude, she blamed me for the experience. If you want a safe and sacred space to heal, this is NOT the place. Worst experience with a business of any kind ever. read more

Wow!!! Laurel is absolutely amazing and is very knowledgeable about not only massage for relaxation but also sports. I was in town visiting family, I thought she was so wonderful that I booked her not once but 3 times while I was in town. I will definitely be back when I visit again. I highly recommend Laurel and I just can't say enough positive things about my experiences! Professional and knowledgeable! read more

I went in for a massage not knowing what to expect. The massage room was tastefully decorated and very relaxing. The tempter was perfect! Monica was very professional and gave an amazing massage! I was so relaxed when I left I felt tipsy! I was Monicawasted! Lol I can't wait to go back! read more

My massage experience at Cardinal Massage was great. Monica has great touch and was able to detect the specific parts that needed extra focus. Not only did the work she did on the points make me feel great, she also provided detailed insight into what she discovered, how I would feel over the next few days and what my future course of action should be. That has helped me figure out that I needed not just deep tissue, but more of a sports-type of massage therapy. I'm going back to Monica the first chance I get. read more

I have had many massages by several different therapists but Monica is easily the best I have ever been to. She immediately recognizes the trigger points and knots and works through them. I have typically stuck to deep tissue but with the many techniques that Monica offers, I decided to try bamboo. I was very pleasantly surprised by how great that was and plan to try some of her other types as well. I will definitely keep going to Monica since she is by far the best around! read more
