We got a fully furnished little apartment for a month for less than the cost of a decent hotel for less than a week. You'll need to make a trip to the store to buy anything you need like bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, but it was well worth it for the cute little place located just across from the hospital's Entrance B. It's nothing fancy, but I'll take cheap and homey any day over the not particularly comfy and expensive hotel we were originally staying at. Management kept my deposit for these same damages. Probably charged the previous tenant too. Charged a pet deposit and monthly pet fee and charged me again for having a pet at move out. The administrators do not communicate with one another, I believe they intentionally do not document things or miss document in order to validate keeping deposits and charging extra fees. Too many dogs in the complex which does not have much grassy areas. The grassy areas are full of poop, the entire complex is infested with flies. Dumpsters are always over flowing as well. Also my car was broken into 3 times while residing at Montclair. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else other than Montclair or Winter Ridge.

It was coined as paperwork fees but the old roommate's name was never updated! Beware of these tactics to over charge young college students. The living facility is nice, but they need to reward those who are loyal and pay on time with enough respect to not get the run around. They were eager to overcharge us on multiple occasions but not forth coming with the deposit due back. We always gave advanced notices and, as a result, was surprised with a house inspection a week before our announced arrival date so we'd have to pay them to replace blinds we already had! I do not recommend these apartments simply because of their management practices and the way they treat college students.
