I loved the motorised speed boat & pirate ship! There was also lots of glass items. Some crystal some just in nik-nack form. I also liked the kit form planes and boats. There was plenty of scope to get a decent gift here for someone.

The shop is essentially just a large newsagents, but they do sell a lot of hard-to-find magazines, including some US beauty mags and obscure science-fiction ones. They also have a huge chocolate and sweet section, but what kept me going back there is the fact that they sell scampi fries crisps, which seem to be impossible to find anywhere. Apart from this, they also sell postcards and small gifts. The staff in there are very lovely and helpful, too.

Visible from the main thoroughfare of the store, there is a clear tobacco section in the left-hand corner behind the counter in which they sell not only loose American Blend pipe tobacco but also to my surprise loose aromatic Auld Kendal hand rolling tobacco. I believe that this is the only store in the area that still sells tobacco in this way. Of course they also sell OTC tobacco as well, but it was the specialist loose stuff that I came for. My only qualms are that the store closes quite early (on a Saturday they close at 15:30) which makes it quite difficult for me to get there during opening times. The store also has quite a few empty shelves. Please don't let this store fall victim to the harsh economic times! Tell your friends about its wide selection of aromatics. I highly recommend it.

If you're a cat lover you are in for a treat, as there are plenty of cat related items in the shop, from lamps, to nail stickers and mugs! I spend a good ten minutes laughing out loud at a book of pigeons that was in there (who knew some pigeons could look so bizarre!? I probably should have bought the book; I'm laughing to myself about the pigeons now). There really is so much stuff in there, that you would have to spend an age in there to see everything. There are bits and pieces crammed into every corner of the store! My only qualm is that because everything is piled everywhere, there is not a lot of room to move! If there are more than 3 people in the shop or you are carrying a few shopping bags, you aren't going to last long in there.

They have these incredible framed pieces that have the shape of a character/object in a book silhouetted, but instead of the silhouette being filled with black it is filled with the book's text. If you're into book posters, they also had over 10 classic novel cover posters which were quite awesome. They even had vintage and novelty thermoses and ice cube trays that formed the shape of boomboxes. They carry a few "Fred" items, which if you know the brand, are extremely fun and I'm always glad to see them in stores. St. Audrey's is a close walk from Henley's town center, so walk on over to Duke Street and have a look around!

This seemed sketchy as every other receipt always had the first numbers starred out. In calling the bank they agreed this was fishy and cancelled the card as a precaution.
