Further, when I log in, it asks for: my name, my phone number, my home phone number, my address and my email - twice - just to make sure they can spam me. So, every 30 minutes I'm grinding through this frustrating form trying to get some work done. TIP: you can fill this whole form in with place-holders like "1234567890" for your phone number.
