We opted for nighttime sleepovers with morning care, a walk in the afternoon, and an evening visit before coming back at night for their sleepover for each day we were gone, and everything went perfectly. We received multiple (adorable) pictures as well as a summary of what care was completed after each visit, which made us both so very happy! I am so grateful for them. It wasn't easy being away from our babies for that long but both Emma and Heather, and Natalya really helped ease our minds and feel comfortable while we were away! We were so nervous about going away for that long because we knew our anxiety about leaving our animals would be out of control thinking and worrying about them the whole time, but we genuinely had such an amazing, relaxing trip with little to no anxiety, which has made for such a perfect vacation. Very much needed! Our babies seemed to absolutely adore Emma and Heather. Our one cat, Bowie, is normally very standoffish and does not like people besides my husband and I, but you can tell he felt very comfortable judging by all the pictures we received of him allowing both sitters to pet him (even on his belly) and give him treats. This made me us so happy! We were so pleased with their service that ended up rebooking with Tal's Pets for M-F dog walks while we're both away at work for the day. My black poodle had heart disease, and the vet didn't give him much time, and my sweet girl dragon was also on limited time. I enjoyed the photo shoot with my two dogs and two dragons, simply spending time with my family. My poodle passed away four months after the session, but now I have professional photos of him displayed all around my home with his little brother and reptile siblings. The staff has always had an outstanding attitude and knows just how to work with our kids. They have seasonal events and sets along with a huge amount of props (or, as my kids treat them, toys to play with between photos) and we have never felt rushed during our sessions. What sets these guys apart from their competitors is that you get all of the photos taken during your session included with your package. This is a great bargain given that we often have 50+ photos. My only complaint is their use of Dropbox to give you copies of your photos. Dropbox has never been the easiest to navigate if you want to download your photos. It's a small price to pay though for an epic photo session.
