I had a good experience working with her, in particular because North Dallas is growing as a result of many companies moving HQ in this region (Toyota, Liberty Mutual, JP Morgan Chase, etc.); therefore there is a high demand. Elena helped me with those challenges, in some cases we offered over list price. The house that we bought, we made an offer over the list price, the offered was rejected because the seller wanted to wait for the open house. Elena reviewing my situation indicated to wait a week; it was a good decision the seller decided to drop the price $6K below the list price. That type of negotiations and advise was unique and very well received from a Realtor like Elena.
