As soon as I landed in Monterey my friend picked me up and took me directly here, she didn't even let me drop my luggage... and boy I thanked her. This meal was out of this world, the way the plates were presented, the combination of flavors and the amount per serving was perfect. We started off with the octopus, the string "fries" which are actually not potato based but some other like vegetable, the guac (not your typical guac, it had a particular taste and way I had never experienced). Then the steak, for which the region of Nueva Leon is famous for, was on point and one of the best I have ever had. And top it off the espresso based alcoholic drink Carajillo with vanilla ice cream and a typical pastry. Great Food and an Awesome atmosphere, language barrier was a challenge but the staff did all they could to make sure everyone was happy.

The food, the drinks & the vibes was amazing! Dimmed lights with candles everywhere & good music. Super cute vibes. I had the Bravo drink which is mezcal con piña ahumada - had a little kick to it! We started with the Queso Chiapas con Longaniza and you make it a taco. We got corn and flour tortillas. Then we had the Aragúla salad with Brussels. The best salad I've ever had! The tacos de Aguachiles de Pulpo were delicious too! For dessert we had the orejas asadas con helado de vainilla. It's a must! Our waiter was so attentive and he recommended everything we had!
