There is contact information posted on the door near the changers if customers have a problem. The location is good with room to turn around, dry your car, or vacuum. If you have kids who are mobile, this seems like a safer place to bring them than surrounding washes. Lot is clean and the soap gets my car clean. Tried the new automatic car wash on the left. It's fast and gets the job done. I go on Saturday's. There's several employees there to help on the weekends. I'd recommend.
