I drove over 1000 miles to get to Savannah for a wedding and my brand new car was filthy. I called Car Spa and Wendell fit me in right away. It couldn't have been a better experience. Wendell is a great guy. My car looked better than it did when I bought it and it took no time at all. Super affordable, too. It's obvious that Wendell really cares about cars and takes a lot of pride in his work. If I lived in Savannah, I'd take it here every week. read more

Just arrived Savannah, driving down from Rhode Island. Needed a car wash. The time I got here is quite late, and the manager Wendell is about to close the shop. However, he is a really nice guy and decided to help me wash my car. He did a outstanding job, and the price is reasonable. This is the best car wash I ever had in my life!! read more

I had just driven back and forth from Ohio 3 times moving to Savannah and then evacuating for Irma, and my truck looked like a pack of howler monkeys had been living in it. After 3 hours of hard work, the Car Spa guys had it looking brand new! When I asked how they cleaned out the caked up spilled milkshake from the perforations in the leather passenger seat, they said "toothpicks". Friggin' toothpicks?! That's right - they sat there and picked out each little hole with a toothpick until you couldn't tell there had been a spill! I am super impressed, and you will be too - go see these guys! read more

Not sure about all these reviews. I showed up on a saturday and there was one car in front of me and they wanted 2 hours to clean my car. We ended up agreeing on 1.25 hours. The manager was really friendly. He told me the wash was $35. A crazy high price. I just moved here from LA which is way more expensive and I've never paid this much for a basic car wash. I had to talk then into dressing the exterior plastic parts on top of that and he refused to do the door handles with some excuse. When i came back he charged my card $40 and said the extra $5 was for the dressing. Total BS! And they didn't even dress my spare that's mounted on the back of my jeep. Bad wash and shady expensive service. Never going back here and i suggest you don't try going! Now this guy messaged me telling me to never come back. As if I'd go back to this rip off artist who can't even wash a car. read more

The best in Savannah! Ill only be taking my car to Car Spa! Awesome and friendly staff too! The best!

The guys at Car Spa did an awesome job on my Ford Flex. I just got the car in July and found dirty finger prints all over it from a Ford quality check person. The dealership said I could get it detailed and they would cover it. I was nervous about this since it was new! I searched and found Car Spa and I am so happy with the results. The finger prints are gone and the car looks better then it did when it came off the Ford trailer. I would totally recommend this place, especially if you love your vehicle! read more

Wendell did a wonderful job on my Jeep! He is very very nice and did a fantastic job inside and out! Go and see him!

Enjoyed a thoroughly professional expert car cleaning experience at Savannah's Car Spa yesterday. Arrived from Ct. with salt, sand and bugs covering my SUV and left with a smile on my face. I am a new customer with Car Spa. I had previously used a mobile auto detailer in the Richmond Hill area. I decided to use Car Spa after reading the good reviews on Yelp. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. The service performed on my vehicle was good and the pricing is competitive. Wendell (owner) is personable and was attentive to my wants. He explained the process of the deluxe wash/wax and the products used. The vehicle was serviced indoors. At the moment, I give 4 stars because I want to see how the wax holds up. My review in total is of the service (5 stars) and the quality of the product (yet unknown). The previous wax application (performed by another detailer) effectively lasted 6 months. My vehicle is a daily driver and partially garaged. However, to reiterate, I am pleased with the service and am likely to return with my other vehicle. read more

Car Spa - 2017 Ford Explorer after deluxe detail service - Auto Detailing Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

I went in and got my car fully detailed yesterday for the first time and let me tell you, it looks BETTER than when I first got it! Wendell and the young man there did a fantastic job on my baby. From here on out, they will be the only ones allowed to touch my car. That's just how great of a job they did. Another aspect that really impressed me was there all around customer service. They are all very kind, extremely understanding and they work with their customer. That's important. Anyone can do a good job, but it's those who have a great and welcoming attitude that keeps people coming back. A+ CarSpa! read more

Wendell is great and his mascots are adorable and welcoming! Dropped my daughters little bug off that had been so neglected as far as washing and vacuuming but now looks brand spanking new inside and out! Thank you so much! read more

Great place! The service was pleasant and my car looks outstanding! I was in a hurry and was able to get the car taken care of fast! Family owned, plus. Great service, plus. Friendly people, plus, plus. I arrived in Savannah from an 8 hour road trip. New car with lots of dead bugs stuck to it. Parked under tree in hotel and local birds decided to welcome me with a poop fest. Husband at home freakin' out. Solution? Yelp! Best car wash in town. Wendell, the owner, answered my call and told me, "No, worries! Come right in!" His expertise helped me avoid anymore discussions with hubby!! Thanks, Wendell!! read more

Car Spa is amazing! Wendell was very helpful and kind. He did an amazing job on my car. I got the full detail, and he was able to get out stains and other issues with the car that I never imagined that anyone could do. It was SO worth the cost. I paid for and received the ultimate detail service. CarSpa made my 15+ year old car look almost brand new again. They removed the gunk from my headlights, and shampooed and sanitized the interior because water had been seeping into the car. When I tell you that the owner and staff were a total blessing, that's an understatement. If you need a thorough detail job, please consider this establishment. They're tucked away in downtown Savannah and if it weren't for Yelp, I may have never found them. Thanks again guys! read more

World class service. They are the best in the business. Reasonable prices too. My Lamborghini is very happy now.

Although I did not make an appointment, they were quick to be able to squeeze me in. I waited in his office where his two dogs joined me. They were very sweet and playful and it was good entertainment. The owner is a very sweet man who seems to love what he does. My car looked amazing and the price was great! 10/10, I highly recommend and will only use them now! Thank you for the wonderful experience. read more

Since moving to Savannah three years ago and never could find any place I was happy with for detailing my car or getting stains out of the seat in my old Jeep Liberty . As meticulous as I try to be with my car accidents can still happen and I am so glad that I read the Yelp reviews that led me to Wendell and his awesome service. I went in on Saturday and he told me that it would take all day so he made arrangements for Monday . He met me at work and took my car in because it was going to be an all day process trying to get the grease spot out of my car seat and had it back to me at work before the end of my workday... and it was sparkling. Couldn't get all the grease out of the seat because I had waited a couple of weeks but he's not giving up and neither am I. all I can say is he will have my business for the rest of my time here in Savannah ! read more

I brought my BMW 528i to be washed by Wendel and his staff. When I returned my Rearview Mirror was hanging. When I asked what happened? Wendel (Owner) asked did we bring it in like that? Did we have a problem with the mirror before? Really!!! Our question " Did you receive the car in this condition"? After much discussion, Wendell told us, he will only pay for having the mirror glued back. After several attempts he was unsuccessful. Looking at the car, dog hair was covering the hood of the car. I had to request to have that removed. After arriving home, Nalley BMW was able to reattach the mirror. My husband was only able to attach the silver disc to the mirror, after much difficulty. After arriving home to Atlanta without the interior mirror, I noticed the BMW insignia on the hood, gone. I dont know if this was attributed to him. My car gets detailed every week without incident. I have had the car for 2 yrs. One visit to Car Spa in Savannah, GA and the madness begins. The BMW insignia cost $45. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

I brought my brand new Lexus IS 250 in for Wendell to take a look. I was parked at my office and we had some guys working on the handicapped parking spot that day. They were drilling into the concrete and my car was covered in concrete dust by the end of the day. I tried to wash it off myself with water but it only baked on even more. I was in a panic when I showed up at CarSpa, but Wendell was so great at putting me at ease and said he would keep it overnight and work on it. He had to do an acid treatment on the paint and clay treatment on the windows. He even called me that night to give me an update on how it was going. When I returned the next day to get my car, I was amazed at his work. Not a single spot of concrete left and he even managed to buff out a few small scratches that I had, all for a very reasonable price. Excellent work and even better customer service. Thanks Wendell!! read more

I HIGHLY DISAGREE with these reviews coming from a background of detailing cars my self. First off the good: Wendell(the owner) was super polite and apologetic. Couldn't have asked for better customer care. He gave me a free wash next visit. Performance side of the house, not too good. I got the Bumper2Bumper package for $185. I own a diesel truck, there was exhaust still on the back corner panel(clearly not waxed, took 2 minutes to remove), adjustments to seats, headrests, cup holders etc. were clearly not made and cleaned beyond what the eye can see, the roof was partially waxed, and the front bumper and side mirrors had TONS of bugs still on it and debris. My back window inside was not wiped down, glove box and center console are completely filthy, vents are still dusty, and my 4x4 shifter was not touched. I could go on but I think the point has been made. All in all, I would have been fine paying for a express $75 package. However, when they are requiring 5ish hours and $185, I know what that kind of time and money brings to the table in regards to a detail and THAT WAS NOT IT. Will not return. Again, Wendell M. Burns was very polite, apologetic, and sincere. This is not a Customer Care problem, just performance. read more
