I had just driven back and forth from Ohio 3 times moving to Savannah and then evacuating for Irma, and my truck looked like a pack of howler monkeys had been living in it. After 3 hours of hard work, the Car Spa guys had it looking brand new! When I asked how they cleaned out the caked up spilled milkshake from the perforations in the leather passenger seat, they said "toothpicks". Friggin' toothpicks?! That's right - they sat there and picked out each little hole with a toothpick until you couldn't tell there had been a spill! Not sure about all these reviews. I showed up on a saturday and there was one car in front of me and they wanted 2 hours to clean my car. We ended up agreeing on 1.25 hours. The manager was really friendly. He told me the wash was $35. A crazy high price. I just moved here from LA which is way more expensive and I've never paid this much for a basic car wash. I had to talk then into dressing the exterior plastic parts on top of that and he refused to do the door handles with some excuse. When i came back he charged my card $40 and said the extra $5 was for the dressing. Total BS! And they didn't even dress my spare that's mounted on the back of my jeep. Bad wash and shady expensive service. Never going back here and i suggest you don't try going! Now this guy messaged me telling me to never come back. As if I'd go back to this rip off artist who can't even wash a car. read more

The guys at Car Spa did an awesome job on my Ford Flex. I just got the car in July and found dirty finger prints all over it from a Ford quality check person. The dealership said I could get it detailed and they would cover it. I was nervous about this since it was new! I searched and found Car Spa and I am so happy with the results. The finger prints are gone and the car looks better then it did when it came off the Ford trailer. I would totally recommend this place, especially if you love your vehicle! read more

Overall, I am satisfied with the service. The service performed on my vehicle was good and the pricing is competitive. Wendell (owner) is personable and was attentive to my wants. He explained the process of the deluxe wash/wax and the products used. The vehicle was serviced indoors. At the moment, I give 4 stars because I want to see how the wax holds up. My review in total is of the service (5 stars) and the quality of the product (yet unknown). The previous wax application (performed by another detailer) effectively lasted 6 months. My vehicle is a daily driver and partially garaged. However, to reiterate, I am pleased with the service and am likely to return with my other vehicle. read more

Since moving to Savannah three years ago and never could find any place I was happy with for detailing my car or getting stains out of the seat in my old Jeep Liberty . As meticulous as I try to be with my car accidents can still happen and I am so glad that I read the Yelp reviews that led me to Wendell and his awesome service. I went in on Saturday and he told me that it would take all day so he made arrangements for Monday . He met me at work and took my car in because it was going to be an all day process trying to get the grease spot out of my car seat and had it back to me at work before the end of my workday... and it was sparkling. I paid for and received the ultimate detail service. CarSpa made my 15+ year old car look almost brand new again. They removed the gunk from my headlights, and shampooed and sanitized the interior because water had been seeping into the car. I brought my BMW 528i to be washed by Wendel and his staff. When I returned my Rearview Mirror was hanging. When I asked what happened? Wendel (Owner) asked did we bring it in like that? Did we have a problem with the mirror before? Really!!! Our question " Did you receive the car in this condition"? After much discussion, Wendell told us, he will only pay for having the mirror glued back. After several attempts he was unsuccessful. Looking at the car, dog hair was covering the hood of the car. I had to request to have that removed. After arriving home, Nalley BMW was able to reattach the mirror. My husband was only able to attach the silver disc to the mirror, after much difficulty. After arriving home to Atlanta without the interior mirror, I noticed the BMW insignia on the hood, gone. I dont know if this was attributed to him. My car gets detailed every week without incident. I have had the car for 2 yrs. One visit to Car Spa in Savannah, GA and the madness begins. The BMW insignia cost $45. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

I HIGHLY DISAGREE with these reviews coming from a background of detailing cars my self. First off the good: Wendell(the owner) was super polite and apologetic. Couldn't have asked for better customer care. He gave me a free wash next visit. Performance side of the house, not too good. I got the Bumper2Bumper package for $185. I own a diesel truck, there was exhaust still on the back corner panel(clearly not waxed, took 2 minutes to remove), adjustments to seats, headrests, cup holders etc. were clearly not made and cleaned beyond what the eye can see, the roof was partially waxed, and the front bumper and side mirrors had TONS of bugs still on it and debris. My back window inside was not wiped down, glove box and center console are completely filthy, vents are still dusty, and my 4x4 shifter was not touched. I could go on but I think the point has been made. All in all, I would have been fine paying for a express $75 package. However, when they are requiring 5ish hours and $185, I know what that kind of time and money brings to the table in regards to a detail and THAT WAS NOT IT. Will not return. Again, Wendell M. Burns was very polite, apologetic, and sincere. This is not a Customer Care problem, just performance. read more
