Spent over 1000 dollars, asked for a refund 10 minutes later because I realized the part would void my warranty. Their website says they do order cancelations and refunds. I got a response asking why I wanted a refund, told them why, and they never responded. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this business at all costs. Their warehouse is so small it is literally impossible to hold all the stock they say they do, so expect big wait times!! I spent TWO days just trying to get through to somebody from the sales team, left my details with reception THREE TIMES and she says "they will call you back when they get off the phone" guess they live on the phone because I didn't receive any form of reply, I sent two separate emails and sent follow up emails for each of the emails. When reception asked me to leave my details AGAIN I asked for a refund, and even that takes the accounts team at least two days to even look at it and process it, then you have your normal 5 business day wait on top of that. Again, AVOID this business if you don't want to deal with stress cycling through automated robotic messages on their phone line. Their service is a joke. read more
