I loved that she offered packages that included copies of all digital photos. The day of the shoot, she showed up right on time and we headed to the beach to capture some amazing shots. There were a lot of us - including two one year olds, so wrangling our crew was NOT easy. However, Allison was quick with the camera, knowing at any moment a child may lose interest. She even got onboard with some silly ideas we had - including a handstand shot - which took a few tries to get right! Throughout the whole shoot she was patient and sweet, and even my husband who hates photos, had a good time. A great place to hold a wedding in the heart of St Augustine…read more The Lightner Museum is located in the heart of historic St Augustine, the oldest city in the United States founded in 1565 by Don Pedro Menendez De Aviles of Spain. We recently attended a wedding that was held at this location and were very impressed by the venue and the staff. The chapel is intimate, with about 6 benches on one side and 9 benches on the other. A beautiful stained glass window on the front of the church provides a beautiful backdrop for your special occasion. Parking is accomplished by street parking or nearby parking lots. The bride was provided with a changing room for use upstairs. It was air-conditioned with a couch, chairs, and 3 large makeup mirrors for the bride and her ladies. It overlooked the courtyard with access controlled by the staff. They have a pretty busy schedule, often handling several weddings in a day. Our party had the chapel for several hours and private access to the courtyard for over an hour for wedding pictures. Overall, it was a great place to hold a beautiful wedding with wonderful, supportive staff and a beautiful backdrop.

I'm sick to my stomach over how my family was lied to and cheated. I honestly don't even know where…read moreto begin: the countless cigarette butts they left all over the front yard and driveway (that they never once acknowledged or apologized for), the blatant lies they told me and promises they broke that wound up costing us over $750 or their complete lack of customer service to the point of insult? They said whatever they needed to in order to secure the job. I should have gone to the house and checked their work before I Venmo'd the money. CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE YOU PAY THEM! They refused to return any of it and then threatened to sue us if we wrote a bad review. To explain the photos attached to this review: 1. I sent the owner, Teri, a thorough list of the things that needed to be complete in order for us to get our security deposit back at move out. I figured a lot of them weren't included in her typical cleaning and I was more than ready to take care of them myself, but I needed clarity. She responded, "Relax. Breathe. We got this." They didn't do even a quarter of what they agreed to in text and verbally. They didn't even vacuum the stairs! The carpeted stairs were covered with lint, tiny scraps of paper, food crumbs, etc. I have the photos! 2. The property management company that did a walkthrough after they were done sent me documentation listing everything that was not cleaned. They had to hire another interior cleaning company and carpet cleaning company and we were charged for it. 3. Cigarette butts littering the property: this was the first thing I noticed when I arrived to check their work. As soon as I opened my car door to step out there were cigarette butts all over the driveway under my feet, I couldn't look more than one foot without seeing another one. They were in the front yard, bushes, flower beds- they didn't even attempt to cover them up (because they didn't think I'd be coming back to check as this was a move out clean). I'm in shock that companies like this can still be in existence. At the very least I expected an apology for the cigarette butts, but from the very first conversation that occurred (AFTER they were paid of course) she's been in denial, blame-shifted, talked in circles and completely ignored my biggest complaints. Not once did she take responsibility for even the smallest thing or try to make anything right. The icing on top was she insulted my family and then threatened to sue us if we left a truthful review about our honest experience with their company. Well, I'm willing to take the chance in order that this does not happen to some other innocent and trusting family. If I had seen a review like this beforehand I would have ran and saved myself a ton of headache and money. I have screen shots of the conversations, and before and afters to prove what a fraudulent and disreputable company this is. Mold, dirt, clutter, and some unhealthy surprises lying in wait, these women didn't hesitate. Armed with the knowledge only years of experience could offer, they tackled an overwhelming job. On the floor, on their hands and knees, toothbrushes in hand, an arsenal of cleaning materials and tools, they worked for hours, two days in a row.
