We loved how quiet it was, and the outdoor space especially. We played by the lake, swung in the hammocks, made s'mores, made dinner every night in the small but very well stocked kitchen and we watched Netflix on the big TV in the living room together as a family. I didn't get a picture of it but the outdoor soaking tub is hidden on the lower deck and I had some of the most peaceful moments of my life out there. Seriously. I really only booked this place because it looked so stylish and I needed to visit my brother who is stationed at Fort Bragg but the unexpected gift of Bluemoon is that you feel like you are tucked away in some enchanted forest or something. It felt like a true vacation. I wish I had gotten pictures but honestly I was so in the moment. I took these pictures from their Airbnb listing. All this to say if you are looking for a very very clean and comfortable place to stay (that looks like an interior designer decorated it) as a couple or as a family you have found it. I actually kept thinking that I want to come back for a girls trip and do tons of photos with my besties. Oh! And it's only 5 minutes to Target!! (If you're a mom you know)
