They NEVER sent over my childs prescription to the Walgreens. I'd NEVER recommend this place and I will be getting my child a new PCP.

After paying my copay for their first two visits, I get told checking in for their third appointment that they have pass due balances (that are each different amounts for some reason) and the receptionist wouldn't explain to me what they are for. Just laughed saying she doesn't know. Immediately after, she yells that my children can't touch balloons. This visit was the last straw. I don't understand how a children's doctors office hires people who have no patience for children and are just outright rude. My husband, children and I dreaded this appointment because it's such a negative experience. We took this as a sign to find care elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to any parent or child.

At 8am this morning, I received a call to tell me that I can't be seen today with the nurse practitioner, I will need to see my primary first. Why did they make the appointment with the nurse practitioner many months ago if I needed to see my primary first? UPDATE: I was told that the nurse practitioner and the primary doctor aren't on the same "team". So that is an excuse have have me lose a day's pay? Very disappointed and upset (mentally & physically). I will spend my day off finding another medical practice.

Clarksville's grown and they've figured out they can screw over long time patients, because there's enough coming in to replace them. Well my family of four will no longer be using their services. I have great insurance, and I'm not an idiot. Which means I can tell when you're charging me $185 for a flu and covid test you're no longer caregivers, you're predators who take advantage of parents with sick children. It's disgusting and will be made public on every platform I can find.

On one occasion I had to practically beg them to do a referral that my daughters feeding therapist requested. Another occasion I asked for a referral to transfer my daughters care to another facility and they again waned me to even bring her in and stated that they would write it in as a well visit when my daughter had just had her well visit 6 months ago and wasn't due for another one. I asked them if that was legal and they paused never giving me an answer. When I came in for an appoint and requested an referral to continue care for my child who is disabled the referral was never put in and I had to seek care elsewhere to get the referral. As a mother of a child with special needs I expect more from my daughters pediatrician here. Leigh Ann Carter and the nurse named Brandi will never see nor care for my child again.
