If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed my order in August 2013. Sent many e-mails with only one reply telling me that their products are handmade and take 8 to 9 weeks. Well, we are in December now and I haven't gotten a reply from any of my e-mails since and the telephone number is now disconnected. read more

Almost 3 months went by with order unfilled. I made multiple e-mail contacts and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before I finally got a refund. A Google search shows many, many such experiences. Note that their website warns of a waiting time of up to 8 weeks since many of their items are handmade. This window happens to be beyond the time frame for a PayPal refund. Looks like most of their items are NOT handmade, although I did have candles in my order, and per other complaints this is often not the reason for the delay. As bad as it gets. They warned me it would be 2-3 months before my order would be mailed as they wouldn't be making new stock until then. After 4 months I inquired, and they said in a couple weeks. Two months later when I asked they said they would get back to me. After that they wouldn't even respond. When I tried to get my money back through my credit card guarantee I was told I had to complain within 90 days. These people seem to be experienced robbers judging by all the other reviews and my own experience. You really don't need this stuff enough to deal with this company. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Never order from this company!! They only tell you what you want to hear! I ordered with them in December 2012, it's now July 2013 and still no order. They claim to run a trace on it, but I have yet to hear back on the location of my order. I got married in June and assumed 6 months would be enough time to get our rings. I was reassured they would be sent to me in time. I've asked for a refund and oddly enough they have stopped responding. read more
