The shop is so much cleaner and all the animals are so much healthier and no sick looking kittens in the window. The new manager is excellent at her job, if they dont stock it then she does her best to get it in for you and will even give you a call to let you know its in store. I will most deffinate be shopping here again and will be telling my family and friends to go back to shopping at this store. keep up the good work.

Message directly got blocked the staff Amd the owner. And know others that's had the same problem. Don't compliant as they don't want to know and won't serve you any more. The raw was off. He don't want to know. Asked to go bk to my normal order. Asked for 4 boxes nothing. Do had to look else where.they have terminated the only member of staff that new everything. So good luck on there. Stay away. The new staff have no idea about dog food. And if you have a problem they don't want to know. U just get abuse from the owner .
