Ordered a order through grub hub that order was canceled. Ordered a second order through Capones spoke with Roy. Waited waited waited and called spoke with someone didn't get a name transferred to Jess manager. Who is incompetent instead of making it right, she wanted to argue with me. Thing is two orders were placed. One should have been filled. Grub hub canceled so when I called and spoke with ROY, I should have been fine! Jess on the other hand hung up when my husband took the phone. So I called back and got Allen. He is worse than Jess. Nor did I get pizza my cc is still showing a charge. Allen just told me to call back. How about I am sorry and the pizza is on the house and on its way ???!!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST TODAY!!!!!!! read more

Maybe because my family was just super high fry the first time but the second time we went it was as good though I give them credit for sure because a single slice is Huge , I felt like the pizza was lacking this last time around but the service was good and nice and the place is clean.. I would add that it does get really warm in there and there isn't much A/C flow and most tables are taking up under the fans read more

Really happy we found this spot. The first time we ordered off of slice for delivery, it was amazing. Second time we went in to eat. I'll say the pizza was better the first time, however the menu on slice was slightly different, so they didn't have the pizza that we had ordered. The pizza was still good, and the calzone was amazing. Also great beer selection. Only complaint is the interior. It reminds me of a cafeteria and then some kid games, and a giant bar. read more

Visited here with my Bible study before bowling and it was good pizza. We hand an Alfredo pizza with garlic, tomato's and chicken. Delicious. The crust is not too thick or too thin. It was just right. The ambiance is what you'd expect with sports on the tv, video games, and fountain drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd come back to try their pasta dishes. Ordered a 14" build your own pizza with Alfredo sauce, several toppings and an order of cheese bread. Paid over $46 with credit card. When it arrived (80 minutes later) we were told we owed $46. I had to open my bank app to prove it was already paid for. Even with doing that the delivery driver STILL had to call to get approval to give me THE FOOD I ALREADY PAID FOR. After the phone call I was given the food and told they were "having problems with their website". When the food was opened I found very gross and soggy cheese bread and a pizza with RED sauce. I called to explain the error and WITHOUT LOOKING IT UP the person that answered the phone told me I must've been mistaken and I had to have ordered red sauce. She puts me on hold and gets manager Valerie on the phone who actually bothers to look up my order and confirm I DID ORDER ALFREDO SAUCE. She then offers to make it again (which would result in a minimum 1 hour wait again) or credit back my $46. I asked to credit it back then I was hung up on. I had to call back just to get her name and a time frame for my credit. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend this place to a homeless person if they were giving out free food. I will never be ordering from them again. read more

Pizza dough was not fully cooked threw out the pizza. Customer service is poor. When customers are standing waiting for you to knowledge them for 5-10 minutes and lack of customer service on table service of the pizza and needing to ask for basic items. I felt they did not want to work. Multiple employees conveyed this service level. If you read other reviews this is a trend in behavior. The toppings of the pizza were good and seemed fresh. Based on the pie I was presented, I will not be returning. read more

Wow! I absolutely love capone's they have the best pizza in riverside. I usually get the pepperoni pizza and wings. While the wings are on the smaller side they are still good! I don't have many complaints except that they forgot to give me the black and white cookie I bought but a lass it's okay. The pizza is fantastic. read more

We tried the place out for the first time because of Yelp reviews. We had a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and an order of garlic cheese bread. The pizza was just okay. There was nothing special about it. I actually prefer Little Caesar's $5 Pepperoni pizza to the one we had here. The garlic cheese bread had good flavor. It was also pretty dirty inside. Although we didn't have a terrible experience, we probably won't be coming back because D'caesaro is so much better and just down the street from this place. read more

The pizza here is great!!! I came with some friends and got large sausage and pepperoni pizza, 8 pc buffalo wings and a pitcher of beer. Total was ~$38 the pizza was fresh and the wings were crispy (ask I asked) and all cold glasses for the beer! There are small games inside for the kiddos, and plenty of large screen TVs for every game you want to watch at once! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I'm not really a pizza fan, so it really means a lot if I give a place a really really good review for pizza! This is definitely one of those "hole in the wall" places that I highly recommend! My classmate recommended this place for lunch. Pizza is cheap per slice on Mondays. We got the large veggie pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Good food, Great atmosphere, quick service. Ordered the speciality pizza, the Wise Guy, alfredo sauce base with chicken, whole roasted garlic, red peppers and spinach. Dough couldve been a bit crispier, overall flavor was good and Id order it again. We also ordered the Untouchable, and ordered it as a pan pizza. I suggest to definitely stick with the regular crust, as the pan pizza dough gets a bit soggy in the middle. Overall would come back again! read more

The staff is very rude ! Seems like they are trying to change this place to a hipster place geared for younger crowd not digging it used to be a good place to go hang out with the family but the customer service is not worth it anymore this was the second time I have experienced the rude eye rolling staff maybe the owner should consider a more matured staff these young kids are going to run people off also if you don't welcome children 9 and 12 year olds maybe u should also consider taking out the games read more

We ordeered the huge party pizza. I believe it is the 24' and it was huge! The orderr was placed over the phone and they stated an hour for deliver. However, it was less than an hour before we got our pizza. We did not receive the right pizza though, I'm glad we checked it because it was the wrong order. The hubs ran out to get the delivery guy and told him. He was on the phone right away to fix the problem. It was like 5 mins later and we had our pizza! It was great. He was so apologetic and gave great service. The pizza was awesome. We will definitely be using Capones from now on. read more

In 1988, the Original Capone's Pizza on Arlington was opened by Loren and Donna Permann. To this day, Valerie, current owner and Loren's daughter, remembers how he came in every morning to open the restaurant, even in his final days before he passed away. Capone's has always been a family run establishment, dedicated to our community for three generations and our mission is to deliver fast and friendly service while offering a high quality experience to our customers whether dining in, taking out or getting a delivery.

I don't know where some of these people ate but Capone's is great! We eat there at least 2-3 times a month. Have had just about everything off the menu and haven't gotten anything bad. Used to get delivery but hubby goes through the area every night, so I just order and he picks up on the way home.... Portions on their Italian pastas are big, my 10 year old granddaughters can split an order, I usually eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day.
