Francesco was the kindest soul I have ever met. Due to Mt Etna erupting during our stay and cancelling all flights. We had to stay in Catania for one extra night and he ensured we could keep our room for that time. His helpfulness and kindness was not unnoticed. His associate who's name I did not get; but worked the night of July 5, was extremely helpful trying to help me find an open pharmacy to get medications as I had developed an illness and needed help. All the kindness of Hôtel Villa Romeo is never going to be forgotten by me and I will recommend to anyone staying in the area.
