"But this is the same complaint I always file." That is him in a nutshell. Charging far too much for boilerplate pleadings. I provided all of the facts necessary to write a detailed complaint - he included virtually none of them. And when I asked why, he told me, "I do this all the time," and shut me down. I spent thousands of dollars only to have my complaint dismissed and then I had to start all over again - and pay him for it all over again. No apology, no discount for the amended filing, nothing. In Court he was easily rattled and made poor arguments; in one hearing he actually argued the Judge out of ruling on our behalf. On two of his five invoices he billed me at the wrong rate (higher than agreed upon, of course). When I pointed this out to him, he was curt and defensive with me. And when I fired him and found a new attorney, Dan contacted that new attorney five days after sending his final invoice to ask if he was going to get paid. His rate was 50% more than every other attorney I contacted, and while he advertises "concierge service," the only thing concierge about his service was his price.

However, at the end, I have to pay the ticket. It is better not to take on cases that can't be resolved, Say this clearly at the start before a client hires you. I called in the middle and was reminded that it was a 50-50% chance, and that camera cases are not easily dismissed. I knew right away what the outcome would be, I was being forwarned. I never had a chance to speak to the attorney. An employee named Carmen, needs to have better communication skills and develop customer service skills.

THIS time, he replied with "I am busy and will call you back." Great. No problem. He didn't. I called a THIRD time and he replied, "I will call you back shortly." Great. No problem. Again, he didn't. So he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look. The best advice I can give you is to AVOID BERMAN LAW GROUP as their qualification criteria leave much to be desired. If all the employees at Berman are like as worthless and unprofessional like this clown Jared Namm, then Berman isn't a law firm, but circus.
