She was amazing and I miss her so much. Then Jen McGetrick became my PA after Kerry left. Other doctors have left that I really liked. I have a lot of issues that no one actually helps me with. Now Jen has left and I have a new Doctor whom knows nothing about me and I feel like I am starting from scratch. Times are changing and maybe Urgent care will be better for me, when I have small issues. I also will have to advocate for myself. Going to the doctor has changed too much for me! I also believe that I should have been notified that Jen left. Nothing!

Dr. Kerry Ricker was the PCP for both me and my elderly mom for many years. I didn't have to go in…read moremuch due to generally good health, but I was there a lot with my mom. I also occasionally saw other doctors in the practice when I had an urgent issue (eg poison Ivy). I always felt that both my mom and I were listened to and treated well. There was a collaborative vibe that I appreciated. They have gotten very busy though, and it became difficult to get a physical if you hadn't scheduled it many months in advance- that was frustrating for me. When I recently moved I decided to find a closer office rather than drive the 20 minutes to continue with them. But I have mixed feelings about that choice, they were generally very responsive when there were problems- and that is a good thing with a medical practice!

The support staff at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Wilton( 3044 Rte. 50) make an effort to acknowledge each patient as soon as they walk through the door. Mrs. Kirkpatrick(check-in),Suzy (nurse)and the lab tech( sorry can't remember name!) were personable and helpful as was the lovely lady who wished me well on my way out the door.
