She was the person who originally took my call. So I thought it would be best to work with her from beginning to end. Denise was always professional and helpful. She paid attention to details, and responded to my calls and e-mail messages in a timely manner. I explained to Denise that, although I could have served the opposing party by certified mail, per the California code, that my client had a preference for personal service. That way if the opposing party ever disputes service, the presumption favoring process servers would apply. This office got the opposing party personally served in a timely manner. They also prepared the California judicial council form for proof of service, with the detail I required. Best of all, their prices are reasonable!
