CSMG cites a handful the same few positive testimonies over and over, but this was not my experience AT ALL.
CMSG is "leisurely" in terms of responding to e-mail, direct questions, and setting up conference calls. If one is so bold as to asks why a call or e-mail got no response, a CSMG employee will tell you "We were busy" or "Didn't I mention that I'd be traveling?".
The firm requires a "Retainer", but they call it a "Consultation Fee". Many law firms require a "retainer", but very few then refuse to work with their "client" after the money has been paid. Additionally, CMSG requires that their "clients" put in a a lot of preperatory work prior to the "Consultation". When paying for their "Consultation Fee" in advance, CMSG will verbally assure the "client" not to worry as this fee will be applied to "services rendered in the future". My experience was that that there were no services in the future and no meaningful explanation as to why. The end result can be spending hours in preparation, then paying in advance, and getting nothing in return.
