Very bad service from this company arranging a Buy-to-Let mortgage from Australia. First mortgage the sold us on didn't exist a few weeks later when we tried to apply for it. Second mortgage had much higher fees, worse interest rate and a higher deposit. The whole process was a nightmare. They needed chasing every step of the way. They didn't know the lender's terms or processes. At least one member of their team made up the names of people he'd spoken with at the lender when we were pushing to progress things. Maybe they're OK for more simple circumstances, but as an expat trying to deal with them at a distance I'd warn you to be ready for lots of late night chasing them up and a lot of stress trying to figure out what's going on. read more
