Worst service I've ever experienced. Purchased vehicle with issues, they blatantly don't answer…read morethe phone or return calls, I've had days where I literally phoned them 13 times during business hours and no answer. It got to the point where I'd just let the phone ring off the hook until someone picks up. When they finally do, it's a worker who can't help you, so he has to get another worker to call you back. And they don't call back. Don't make the mistake of buying a vehicle here. There is an alleged 30 day warranty, it won't be honoured. They will tell you it will, but instead of repairing/replacing what needs to be done, they will claim it's been "cleaned up" and it's not. Repeat issues. Need a part? They'll order it in honour of your 30 day warranty. And it never comes in. And their mechanic isn't qualified to fix your issue, so some guy that they know will do it as a favor, eventually. He won't. I'm taking a loss because I've been attempting to have my 30 day warranty honoured for issues that arose immediately after purchase. Since last year. I give up. I'll pay out of pocket to have it fixed myself, because I'm confident that the next time their hands are on my vehicle, it's going to come back either just as bad or worse. They say don't judge a book by its cover. I try to follow that old adage. But here, you can totally judge a book by its cover. Take a walk around their lot, or make a phone call sometime and see for yourself. If the boys look a little sketchy, it's because they are. If they seem like maybe you shouldn't trust them, you shouldn't. It's a great sentiment to support local but this is not a business we should be perpetuating. Don't buy anything here, I wouldn't let them pump my tire up for me let alone pop the hood. If this place ever shuts down I'll celebrate. I wish I'd found this review before I dealt with them. Hopefully it deters someone else from doing the same.

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses…read more Worst customer service EVER! I purchased a Honda Odyssey in FL two weeks before traveling to Nova Scotia with my 75 year old mother with Alzheimers, my 82 year old father, my husband and our three children, ages 7, 5, and 3. The automatic passenger door stopped closing when I pressed the button. It happened a few days before and I was able to find instructions online about resetting it. I found many, many references to pulling the #13 fuse but that didn't work. I could not find those instructions again and thought a Honda dealership would be willing to help me. WRONG! My husband went in and asked for help. He was told we would need to go back the next day at 4:00. We were there before 11:00. I felt desperate so I told him I wanted to go in. When I went to the service desk, a man and a woman came walking in from a door behind the desk. The man was in front of the woman so I asked if I could talk to the manager. He asked me what about. I told him we were traveling and needed help with our new van. He then told me the woman, who was standing RIGHT BEHIND him, was the manager. Was she hiding from a customer? Is she only a manager when she wants to be? I couldn't believe she didn't immediately speak up and say, "I'm the manager, how may I help you?" Long story short, she told me she'd be back. I stood there so long I asked the same man if her plan was to leave me standing there so long that I'd just leave. He told me the man who would look at it was doing a test drive and it was going to take him a long time, whatever that means. Anyway, a very long time later, the woman went walking through the parking lot to my van. My husband told her I was inside. She came in and told me the man who would need to look at it had GONE TO LUNCH. We were there for over an hour! Talk about getting the runaround! The original man was still online trying to find information about how to help me. At least he was trying. I guess the manager achieved what she was attempting, she left me sitting there long enough for me to find the instructions through google. I went out to the parking lot and fixed it myself. So, Ramsay's Honda, for future reference, if you care to help a desperate person, here is what you do: Instructions 1.If the battery is disconnected, shut both sliding doors manually. Connect the positive battery terminal, then the negative. The doors will automatically be reset when the battery is reconnected. If the battery is connected, continue on to "Step 2." 2.Turn the ignition on. Move the power sliding door switch to "Off," then move it back to "On." This switch is located to the left of the steering wheel. It's labeled "Main." 3.Press and hold both power sliding door buttons until the doors close completely. If this does not work, turn the "Main" switch to "Off" and manually close the doors. Turn the switch back to "On." The power sliding doors should be reset. Unfortunately, this dealership preys on old people who don't know any better. My mother in law who…read moreis 70 and has less than 6 months to live due to liver cancer took her 2006 Honda Element in for a noise. They charged her $261 to replace brakes and caliper on one wheel. The noise remained. Then they resurfaced the rotor on the other side for $149.86. Still the noise remains. Please note that all brakes were replaced 6 weeks prior to this. My wife had over $5000 of work done before giving her mom this car. My mother in law is of diminished capacity and on a fixed income and these horrible people took advantage of her.
