The ends were over-thinned, leaving my hair looking uneven, shaggy, and nothing like the full, blended look I asked for. It honestly feels like I lost a large portion of my hair. This was not a minor miscommunication--it was a drastic and irreversible change that does not reflect the reference photos I provided or the condition my hair was in before.
