By then I had left the rental house by contract and have to now get a professional to install the part costing me $300!!! If it was delivered even 2 days late I could have done the job myself for $0. My mother is hard of hearing and sometimes has difficulty navigating certain transactions on her own. Vishal was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. When there was an error on her paperwork, he took the time to help her correct it and carefully went through all the details to make sure everything was accurate before notarizing her document. Most importantly, she never felt rushed or like she was a burden. He treated her with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, people like Vishal make such a difference. His patience and compassion gave my mother a sense of comfort and confidence, and it gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Thank you, Vishal, for taking the extra time and for treating my mother with such care and kindness. You truly went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed.
