The price tag and the receipt both say XL but the label inside the sweatshirt says M. I went back to the store WTH the receipt and the manager WOULD NOT let me exchange it! First off it took over a month to receive a simple non custom shirt. It wasn't until I contacted them numerous times did they finally send it. They sent me the wrong colored polo shirt and all I wanted was the right color and an exchange. They said I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee for a mistake they made. I called them twice and left a voicemail, no one returned my call. I checked the status of my order a week later and it still hadnt been fulfilled. I finally got a response to my email 1-2 weeks later. The sweatshirt i ordered appeared to be a rust orange color. when i finally received my sweatshirt it was bright orange. I ordered online 1/19/2021, followed up twice one month later requesting an update, followed up again the following week requesting the order be cancelled and refunded as I was informed the order still had not been shipped. I was informed a refund would be issued. I contacted PayPal for assistance, Cap Swag created a shipping label the next day, but the tracking number did not update until 2 days later. So even though I was told the order would be cancelled and refunded, this company chose to send the items anyway. This is POOR customer service and extremely disappointing. I DO NOT recommend this business. Even if I send the items back, I'm subject to losing 30% of my payment because of their restocking fee. Please, do better. read more

I placed an order for ONE cap May 31, 2020. With everything being slowed down due to the pandemic, I did not expect to receive my order within a couple of weeks, however I also did not expect it to take TWO MONTHS (especially considering I received items being delivered from the UK and China within a month). On 6/25/2020 I emailed to check on the status of my order and asked for a refund if not shipped. I received a response on 6/30/2020 stating processing would "take 5-7 business days normally but due to COVID situation, this may take around 2-3 weeks". I waited patiently, but being that they had exceeded the 2-3 week mark and I still had no shipping info I emailed AGAIN asking for a refund on 7/12/2020. I also opened a case via PayPal. On the 13th I received an email stating my order was being fulfilled (find that hard to believe) so I could not get a refund. I emailed back immediately asking when the order would be fulfilled because this should've been a 2-3 week process according to their own CS rep and escalated to a claim via PayPal. Of course I never received a response. They had until the 22nd to respond to PayPal and finally today 7/21/2020 they respond to PayPal and I magically receive shipping information for something I no longer want because it was for a gift I wanted to give in late June. I ordered 2 Yeezy Boost 700 Sun shirts and the quality of the printing was extremely poor. The color DID NOT resemble what is advertised on their website. I'm a screenprinter and could immediately tell they either forgot or failed altogether to place a white underbase on the shirts prior to adding the color. I told Chris the representative that I ordere it early bc it was a birthday gift and needed it to be delivered BY September the 4th. It shipped on the day it was supposed to be received! I had a terrible experience with a particular employee at the Wildwood boardwalk location last night. I went to buy a custom embroidered hat; just two words in a very common font (Futura Bold Oblique). I didn't think it would be that complicated to do, yet it took the embroidery machine technician about 30 minutes to find the font online to download. That wasn't a problem, however; I was happy that he was taking the time to find the right font download (which I found immediately after doing a quick google search; it was literally the first result). Also, as a graphic designer, I know that that Futura is an extremely commonly-used font, so I didn't expect any difficulty. He finally found it, after I almost gave up and said "nevermind". I felt bad that he was having such trouble. He was getting visibly frustrated that he couldn't find it (angry even? it kind of weirded me out so I got uncomfortable). I've worked in customer service my entire adult life and I hate "that difficult customer". He showed me the font on the screen and it looked perfect, so I waited about 30 minutes for the hat to get done. When I came back and saw the finished product, it was just the regular "Futura" font; not oblique, or bold, like I asked. Before he started the job I had repeatedly specified the particular typeface (pulled it up on my phone, helped him google it, it was a whole process), and what came out was completely different. Before I said anything, my friend who also had a hat done was discussing the mistake he made on HER hat (he stretched out the helvetica lettering to the point where it looked nothing like what she asked for). After much back-and-forth, and his refusal to see his mistake, he remade her hat. The entire time though, he refused to admit the mistake. At that point, I felt bad even saying anything because both her and my hats were wrong, and we had spent over an hour in the store. but I described the problem to him, showing him the difference between Futura and Futura Bold Oblique. The employee immediately became defensive and claimed that he had shown me the exact mockup that was going on the hat (he hadn't; he showed me the website he was downloading the font from, which was perfect--also nothing like the font that was embroidered on the hat. So his claim that he showed me the mockup was a lie.) I was being as polite as possible while also being direct, and he became angry and claimed that that was what I asked for. He refused to give me a refund of any kind (not even the $10 EXTRA i paid to get that special font, which wasn't even the right one), and basically told me he couldn't do anything. He couldn't remake it, even though he had just remade my friend's hat. I paid $33 for this hat that I was looking forward to, and it wasn't what I wanted at all, so now I'm stuck with it. If I knew that the hat was going to come out looking nothing like what I asked for, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. I will say that the rest of the employees were very helpful and kind; they all seemed intimidated by this man, who I'm guessing is the manager. I am very disappointed by the failure to accomodate my simple request, despite the fact that I paid extra for it. read more
