This place is relatively inexpensive (4EUR wash, 3EUR dry), clean, well-lit, and easy to find near the Alicante Mercado Central. In about an hour, I was stocked back up on clothes and ready to go back out on the town. I do know this place gets busy later in the day, so I arrived first thing in the morning and had a coffee at the small restaurant next door. I may even go back before I leave so I have a supply of clean clothes when I get home!

Usually I can find a fluff and fold spot where they'll do the work, it's been about 10-15 euros for a full load in Spain. But I had no luck finding one in Valencia, so I went over late one night (~9). It's been a long time since I used a laundromat and I was pleasantly surprised. It was in a residential area about a mile from the city center. Clean and modern. Total of 7 euros for a wash and dry. Slick machines that have their own internal soap. WiFi Took an hour total time. Even at 10 pm there was a short wait for one of the two dryers. Tables for folding, a not especially comfy wooden bench, and a snack machine. Not as slick as the San Francisco cafe/laundromats. Bring something to read or a tablet. to watch.

We couldn't find anything without a subscription so tried Bugadry. It was perfect. Very clean, big washers and dryers so we did a big load (five pairs of jeans plus shirts!), only 7 euros total for the load. I wish I could've added my own soap instead of the auto soap, but that's a small problem. The dryers actually worked on 30 minutes- totally dry jeans. Great find, thanks to the other traveling reviewer.
