Happily, I was pleasantly proved wrong with Digestive Health Clinic. I was shocked at how quickly I got my first appointment. I think I called on a Wednesday or Thursday and they had an opening for the following Monday (that's unheard of for a specialist clinic)! It could just be because of Covid restrictions, but I've been here three times and I've hardly had to wait more than 3 minutes in the waiting room or to see the doctor. I also have had a colposcopy and endoscopy here. They first told me it would be 1.5 months before I could get in to get them done. However they called me back within a day or two and scheduled me for one week later. I was so surprised and very thankful. Whether this is normal, or because they knew I was going to the Mayo Clinic two weeks later and wanted to help get this done prior, I'm not sure. But either option is a huge win in my book. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Dr. Cordum. He is truly amazing! Very genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite things about him is that he remembers me every time I see him. That speaks volumes to how good of a doctor he is. He usually has a funny story or relatable experience to tell me. I love that in a doctor. Makes me feel like they are approachable I just know I could not be in better hands. I am so glad I was referred to this clinic. It was incredible how quickly things changed once we got my test results back and started on the right herbs -- I got pregnant soon after! Now I'm pregnant with my second baby (due tomorrow!), and I couldn't be more thankful. I have had a few issues this past 3 years requiring 2 neck disc replacements and now a L-5 S-1 fusion. They diagnosed me and explained all my options really fast. For about 5 minut conversation about my trip to Europe, Dr. Pollmann had the nerve to charge Medicare { I'm 78 years old } over $600 !!!! In my opinion this is a clear case of Medicare fraud. He did nothing for those $600 .. Medicare paid portion of it and he sent me the bill for the balance , $236 !!! I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place !! I'm filing a complaint with BBB and an Idaho Board of Medicine..I will also notify Medicare and ask them to investigate.. I want to know how the doctor justified $600 bill for doing nothing. I wish I have read the recent rewievs of this clinic !!!
