It was more of a mix of Chinese (egg drop and wonton soup, fried rice, etc) or Thai (pad Thai). Two of us did get Pho which was fairly standard but good. It was served with bean sprouts but none of the usual greens (mint, basil, cilantro) to add for flavor. One member of the group is a vegetarian and we were surprised there weren't more options on the buffet or menu. They were very accommodating though and took the meat out of a noodle dish. All in all, a good experience and very pleasant waitstaff.

For the service, the people were very sweet and respectful, trying their best to communicate with each of us for our order (my mother is a native French speaker, but me and my siblings primarily speak English). The ambiance was very nice. We sat inside rather than outside due to the extreme summer heat, and were pleasantly surprised by the nice interior. There is a clear sauce that you pour over the dish before eating it. Both of us felt our dishes were excellent. The salad and carrots were very fresh, as were the bean sprouts. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the overall taste was excellent. We were so full after eating the main dish, we had to skip desert. We plan to return many times to this restaurant.

It may be worth double checking with the server that they don't use fish sauce or that the cook the food on a separate grill. We all left very full and happy.
