# Viviano Restaurant: The Best Restaurant Experience I Have Had…read more Viviano, located in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil, is one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything made a great impression on me. The restaurant has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and great customer service. In my opinion, Viviano is a great choice for people who want to enjoy a good meal with family or friends in a pleasant environment. One of the things I liked most about Viviano was the atmosphere. The restaurant feels comfortable and welcoming, making it a good place for families and groups of people who want to spend time together. I think the environment is an important part of eating at a restaurant because people are not only looking for food. They also want a place where they can relax, talk, and enjoy the moment. Viviano creates this kind of experience, which makes the visit feel more special than simply going somewhere to eat. The food was another highlight of my experience. The restaurant offers great variety, and the dishes are full of flavor. Having different options is important because people have different tastes and preferences. Some customers may want to try something new, while others prefer familiar dishes. A restaurant that offers variety can make the experience enjoyable for different types of customers. For me, the quality and flavor of the food were some of the main reasons why Viviano stood out so much. Customer service was also excellent from beginning to end. I appreciated the attention I received from the first contact until the moment I left the restaurant. Good service can make a big difference in how customers feel about a place. Even when a restaurant has great food, poor service can affect the whole experience. At Viviano, the attention I received helped make the visit comfortable and enjoyable. It made me feel that the customer experience mattered, and that is something I really value when choosing a restaurant. When looking at the restaurant industry, Viviano meets many of the expectations people have when visiting a good restaurant. Customers usually want quality food, a comfortable atmosphere, fair value, and friendly service. Depending on the occasion, they may be looking for a place to celebrate something special, have a family meal, or simply enjoy time with friends. I think Viviano works especially well for these occasions because it combines good food with an environment where people can feel comfortable. This combination is important because a restaurant experience is about more than just what is on the plate. Overall, Viviano was the best restaurant experience I have ever had. The comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere, the variety and flavor of the food, and the excellent service made the visit memorable for me. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a restaurant where they can enjoy a good meal and feel welcome from the beginning to the end of their visit. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to food and restaurants, but based on my experience, Viviano is a place worth considering. For me, it was not just a meal; it was a complete experience that made me want to recommend the restaurant to others.

It looks like I'm the first to give a review in English! So that's cool. I could make this a long…read morereview, but there is no reason to do so. For about $25 US dollars per person, you can have as much meat as you can eat. The lamb was honestly, hands down, the very best lamb I have ever had. Every cut of steak, chicken, and sausage just oozes flavor. Besides the main meats, the sushi and pasta bars produce amazing flavors, but I come for the meat, so I eat very little pasta and almost no sushi. Their salad bar was well stocked with tasty cheeses, olives, and other great tasting distractions. The service was amazing. Five star. The cleanliness was also five star. Motion opening doors keep everything hygienic. Love it and can't wait to go back.

There were certainly plenty of Japanese speaking customers mixed in with Portuguese. And I, the odd tourist, felt right at home. The bamboo shoot and shitake mushroom appetizers were delectable. The chicken broth ramen was insipid. The Gyukatsu Kare (breaded fried beef with curry sauce over rice) was better, but not the ultra crispy panko planks I've had in some places. Maybe it was because I ordered it at the end of the night. The Brazilian brewed cold sake was really good. Could hardly tell the difference from Japanese sake. But, the highlight of the dinner of Sanma Shio--grilled pike mackerel with sea salt. Inexpensive for Sanma, uber fresh, grilled crispy so that you could crunch up the head and tail! The service was prompt, efficient and very warm. Even the owner came by to chat several times. Arigato gozaimasu! Obrigado! Thank you.

Something to keep in mind if you're considering going here and you're a visitor. Other than that, the food is pretty standard izakaya fare- not that much of a Brazilian influence from what we could tell. And we're very familiar with the genre (tons of these in the NYC) so we knew what to expect. The food is pretty tasty and the service was pretty good. The restaurant kinda feels like you walked into someone's kitchen which is pretty interesting. But overall we've actually had much better Japanese food. So there's that. But not a bad option if you're looking for something completely different in São Paulo.
