Seth walked me through everything and if all goes well--within 4 to 5 days I should be able to print off or receive my card in the mail! They also give a nice discount on their fee for either being on disability or being a veteran. Their price is SO worth the fee that they charge, walking me through the process and the peace of mind knowing that they're with me through this. I can't say enough good about this whole experience, and the FOUR of them helping me. Dr. Murphy is a lady doctor who you will just LOVE, btw... (AND Trisha and Seth who are at the location!) One thing though is that the Google map is facing a weird way--AND they keep having their SIGNS stolen (because they have a m-leaf on them) so, go early to your appointment so you can find the place...it's on the WEST side of College Ave. Look for the BARBER's flag which is at the end of the building complex and pull in there!
