Unfortunately, they no longer sell the "Galway Girl" chocolate that's shown in one of the pictures on Yelp. The cashier pointed me to other chocolate bars that she said were the same chocolate but different packaging, like "Hello from Galway" and "Kiss Me, I'm Irish". There's an 8 euro minimum for credit cards. Also, I didn't see any free samples being given out. This is a fine place to get sweets for yourself and those you care about, but it being a chain store makes the experience a little less personal.

They had some nice games, learning toys, trucks and art supplies but I eventually ended up buying candy. It was packaged adorably and easy to pack.

Her words were "Make sure to get a hot chocolate at Butlers I honestly think it's the best in the world". Well, she was right! It was so creamy and not too sweet. The whip, chocolate shavings and marshmallows make it even more delicious AND beautiful to look at, and the fact that you get one free chocolate with your hot chocolate makes it even more special (the double chocolate was my favorite). I ended up getting Butlers again in Dublin on a cold rainy day a few days later and then one last time at the Dublin airport as a final farewell. It is truly the best hot chocolate and an Ireland must!

Local couple took over their grandparents remote farm that had been in the family for 300 years and started a chocolate factory. You can see the "factory" but it's really only 2 rooms. The hot chocolate is pretty awesome. I recommend the regular or dark with honey caramel. All topped with fresh whipped cream. We tried various desserts. I don't usually like carrot cake but their carrot cake may have the best I've ever had. The apple crumble was surprisingly our least favorite. All in all a great little stop on your way to Cliffs of Moher.
