My wife immediately noticed and politely asked Ronnie to take a quick retake once she removed them. Before my daughter could remove them, he snapped another shot and flat-out refused to take another one--claiming he only took two shots per kid. The issue? My wife personally watched him retake photos for several other girls moments later. That kind of inconsistency is unfair and unprofessional. If he's going to enforce rules, they should apply to everyone, not selectively! While he did issue a refund, that does nothing to make up for my daughter missing out on a proper photo to remember her season. Sports photos are supposed to be meaningful keepsakes, but his dismissive attitude made the entire experience feel rushed and impersonal. It would have taken him seconds to retake the picture and show even the slightest care for his work or his clients but he didn't. Ronnie Esparza Photography clearly lacks basic customer service skills and fairness. I won't be using his services in the future, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you value professionalism and respect.

From the get go, Adam was incredibly personable, communicative, and had great recommendations on proposal spots and tips on how to propose. We came up with a plan to propose at a secluded cliff and a surprise picnic at the beach afterwards. Adam was more than happy to coordinate with Dreamy Events by Ev and even suggested to push the proposal a bit earlier to accommodate for driving time in order to give us one full hour for photos! Adam delivered our sneak peaks and full album photos in a timely manner. Let me tell you, the photos came out AMAZING and we are so glad to have found him!!! Letty was so easy to work with, and so helpful in planning every step of the way. She even provides great guidance on what to wear. Her contract and payment process is virtual and convenient and very easy to navigate. The digitals were available to us quickly and easy to download and enjoy. Honestly, I wasn't even sure about what type of pictures and combinations of family photos I wanted; but Letty was flexible and creative and helped us come up with great poses and ideas. She is also adventurous enough to try beautiful on-site locations. My daughter especially had a great time.
