I had called several roofers with either no call backs or no shows of estimate appointments. I finally decided to choose GMA Restoration, when Gary arrived at my house, he gave an estimate with No Pressure. No Sales Pitch. We simply discussed a schedule of when his roofing crew could come, and they arrived when he said they would. Even through the whole process of dealing with Insurance, Gary was in constant communication with me, worked with my schedule, worked with my insurance and now I have the most beautiful and great looking roof. Even my neighbors asked who did my roof!! WOW! His roofing crew who installed my roof were polite and courteous (even at 7 a.m.) and cleaned up everything when they left. I am extremely happy (and relieved) with my entire interaction with GARY and GMA Restoration. GARY was professional, he listened to my needs, communicated, and took the time to explain to all my concerns and questions day or night. Hands Down GARY knows great customer service. He made me feel I was his ONLY Customer! And that's is very hard to find today. Now I know who to call for roofing and restoration for life,...GMA Restoration. Thanks a million GARY for a job well done!!! JD Trejo
