We have had a bad experience with Emily- Candace's daughter. She is so unprofessional (as my friend called " a scam artist"). I paid her full for a mini section, our photos have way too much shade and dark figures. When I reached out to her she said that all pictures are edited and use the same presets as her other clients' photos. I asked just to help me to re-edit it, she refused as she said that's her style. The point is my photos are totally different from the photos she posted on her Instagram. It is 1 vs 9. The reason why I wrote on Candace's Facebook page is Candace acknowledged it and then ignored my messages. So she has not handled my concerns professionally. P/s: when I ask Emily for original copies, she said "unfortunately she does provide clients Raw photos". And then she took all of my photos off her Pass Gallery. Fortunately, I anticipated this and downloaded everything beforehand. Emily is young still, this is a lesson for her that for artists, BEING TALENTED IS NOT ENOUGH. Professionalism and curtesy are what will give your business longevity. In addition, she said on her story post that she edited each photo individually, but she told me she use preset on my photos which she used for others clients. So she lied to her followers. Candace is an amazing photographer! She has warm bubbly energy that put us at ease (especially for this nervous bride), so we were finally able to have the fun we have in our relationship represented in photos. She was able to capture the ethereal motes of light and bring us that vision we dreamed of. She listened to our vision and found a way to execute it with her artistic touch.
