DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was SCAMMED. I went into the store to resurface Super Mario Sunshine for my…read moregame cube, plus a few others. When I handed my Mario game to the employee, he assured me that Mario should clean up the best since it had no scratches on the disk. I told him the game turned on and played fine until a certain point. I paid for my games to be resurfaced and waited. My other games were returned and looked fine. But I had to wait around for much longer for my last game. Eventually, a different employee handed my game back. I left and got home, excited to play and realized my game was broken! Cracked in several places. The game had no opportunity to break as I was holding all the games in my lap on the short 5-minute drive home. I was given NO APOLOGY, NO REFUND, NO EXPLANATION. Most likely my game was stolen, swapped out for a broken disk so they can turn around and sell MY COPY to someone else. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have done buisness here for 10+ yrs and for the most part have had excellent experiences with the…read moreowner. I have on a regular basis pawned items and bought them back. After establishing myself as a regular customer whether it be purchasing items from the store or getting loans on my items, there was a couple times when I came in to buy back my items and didn't quite have enough. The owner was very generous and cut the interest charges in half so I could get my stuff back. Something the other pawn shoo in town would NEVER dream of doing. There have been other times where the owner bent the store policy for me so I could afford something, again this kind of customer service would be unheard of at their competition. I live 2 blocks away from the other pawn shop and regularly walk over an hour, mostly up steep hills, to come here. BEST PAWN SHOP IN TOWN!!

She was just wiping the counter doing her job while I was shopping around, and he walked up to her and said "keep your face lookin like that and it'll get stuck that way!" then he just walked back to the trade area. I guess she wasn't smiling while she was cleaning the counter. She was a super nice lady when I asked for help earlier, too. You can't smile 24/7 when you're not even helping anybody. Anyway i used to shop here pretty often and I've traded a lot of stuff, but I won't be back anymore cause that was just mean.
