The person who answererd the phone was very helpful and pleasant. He looked up our account (from about 10 years ago) and immediately knew what system and phones we had. He then recommended a new system, but didn't try to sell us new phones, as the features on them hadn't changed much (they just look better). He also helped us in figuring out how much of the wiring our electrician was going to do, and how much the Canwest tech should expect to do. They are a Panasonic business phones systems dealer, and the new system is awesome! It even sends the voice mail messages to my email (as an attached .wav file) so I don't have to dial in, and I can have all my tasks end up in one location!! The technichian was efficient and friendly, as well. He set up the lines in the correct locations, and named all the extensions as in the diagram they had asked us for earlier. The original guy came the next day for voice mail setup and training. It was easy to understand.

They provide the worst possible customer service! Would you like your urgent emails responded to days later, if at all? Choose Canwest! Would you like a cranky man to answer all your questions with the most condescending attitude possible, as if he thinks you're the dumbest person on the planet? Choose Canwest! At this point, we're paying them for doing nothing while I spend hours Googling all the solutions to my phone problems, because anything is better than actually having to talk to the guys at Canwest.

I started dealing with a service rep here in November to renew my Rogers cell phone account so I…read morecould upgrade my phone. They weren't great at dealing with Rogers on the corporate account set up which cost a lot of delay time. I finally dealt with Rogers myself (something I've never had to do before in setting up or maintaining the account). Once I got the green light from Rogers I tried to contact Alex, the rep from TBooth. It seems he was moved from Coquitlam Center to Guilford Mall and once that happened and he found out I was unable to make my way to that location to complete the transaction he dropped the ball completely. I emailed Alex a couple times and heard nothing back. I emailed the Coquitlam center store directly and heard nothing back. It was frustrating but at the end of the day their inability to provide any customer service cost them a new client and the sale of two new phones. I decided to go back to dealing directly through a Rogers outlet to get the job done and the fellow I was dealing with had everything done in half an hour. Why it was so painful for TBooth I have no idea. Alex, the TBooth rep I had been dealing with who disappeared part way through setting up my renewal called me yesterday to follow up. Considering I initiated contact with him in early November and he disappeared until mid January I have no idea why he thought calling me was a good idea? I would recommend staying away from these guys if you want things handled efficiently.
