It's my first choice for photocopying because they let businesses and groups prebuy copies in bulk (I usually buy 5000 at a time) and let me or anyone designated by me make copies on that account. it's a good deal, financially, and it works well for us. They also have computers so I can bring my files in and have them printed out. Their colour copies produce first rate results on heavy, slightly glossy stock. The store also has a small selection of stationery supplies, a large banner printing machine, fax services, postal boxes, and all the shipping services of UPS. They also sell packing materials and boxes, and will pack anything you might need sent, no matter how odd the shape! The best part of the store is the staff: Kim, the owner and her staff are extraordinarily helpful, supportive, smart and even funny, when appropriate :) I would find it very hard to run a business in Lunenburg without this store.

One map is so small the locations overlap; on the other one, it's too sparse and even more unclear. Of course addresses are available for each location, but you'd have to look them up individually, when a good map would make it much easier.

I sent a very important parcel through this post office about two months ago. I've been griping…read moreever since because I paid for priority shipping of 2 days and it took a week to arrive at its destination. The whole process was a little off putting. I felt rushed in filling out my forms because the express dude was there waiting to take out the mail. The girl assisting me was nice enough, but at one point she grabbed my envelope to start processing it when I wasn't even finished packing it up. I know, I'm a bit of a nervous wiener when it comes to sending sensitive documents, but I really didn't like the assumption that it was okay to touch my still opened parcel. I won't use this post office again for anything more than simple letters of the "happy birthday" or "you're swell" variety. Come to think of it, I won't be using Canada Post again for anything of value, since on more times than one, my parcels have been tardy to arrive at their respective destinations after I'd paid out the nose for the specifically speedy service. Boo-Urns.

Oh, this secret little Canada Post branch was a Christmas miracle indeed!…read more Tucked away in one of the many stripmall-looking complexes of the vast plains of Burnside Industrial Park (about as easy to navigate as the warehouse in which the ark of the covenant was lost at the end of Indiana Jones), the adventurous among us may just find this little gem of national mail magic. Unknown to the wider public of late-package-senders and complicated-question-askers, this teeny tiny outpost had no lines and still friendly staff midway through the holiday rush. I could hardly believe it! The wonderful man behind the counter commiserated in my rushing through the supposedly cheery hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, found a cheaper way to send what needed to be sent without compromising on the delivery date, and even offered to better package it with some extra packing paper and tape that he had on hand. And get this: he offered to do so for free, simply out of the good of his own heart. SERIOUSLY, YOU GUYS. This place is magic. Don't tell your friends...

Xpresspost has been sent from Ontario to my business on a Monday. When it was not received on…read moreFriday, Canada post was contacted. Customer service reported that it could not delivered because of a wrong address. I went there to pick it up. The address was RIGHT. I talked to the location manager and he claimed that there was no "unit number"!!. The business name is on it "Montebello Medical. Check Google Street View of "Montebello Medical" to see the street sign, it is more than 10 meters wide.

If I had written this a few months ago I would have given this location a mere 2 stars. But some…read moretime has passed and 3 seems appropriate. Here's why: Pretty much all Canadian Posts location suck the very soul I walk in with every time I need to mail something. I'm not sure what the criteria is to work at the C.P. but there must be a "must be able to work at the snails pace at all times" requirement. That being said, speed of service is not why I'm opting for 3 stars. I know now when I need to do business with C.P.; allow at least an extra 30 minutes. This location is getting 3 stars because while it is slow in service they are kind in customer service. Always friendly and a few of them know my face well enough to strike up a conversation about the weather, or my latest package being sent back to the states. Convenience of location makes it that much more 3 star-able in my yelp book. And hey if it's extra slow there at least I have time to check my Yelp mobile app (shoot that should make it 4 stars right there...no. No it shouldn't)

This is one of those places whose employees make you feel like you are ruining their day by walking…read morein and asking for a public service. I recently found myself in this post office in order to get my student loan sent away. I had my government ID and my social insurance number but not the SIN card itself (I keep that at my parent's home so I don't lose it). Not only did the lady who was "helping" me say that she "couldn't even touch" my loan application let alone send it, but then informed me that it wasn't safe for me to leave my SIN card with my folks. Call me old fashioned, but aren't public service workers supposed to help me rather than inconvenience me further? If you aren't having a great day, visiting this Canada Post location will do nothing to put a smile on your face. Service takes forever, there is only ever one counter open at a time so expect a lengthy wait. Hot Hint: If you are spending a lot of time in line, you could check out the passport applications they keep here, and kill some time renewing your travel papers.

I had a parcel being shipped from Ont. and I was given a tracking number and a date of arrival. From the date the parcel was picked up in Ont. to the time it arrived in Moncton NB and put on a truck to Halifax NS was 3 days, not bad. It left Moncton on a Wednesday evening and didn't arrive in Halifax until Friday morning (a 2.5hr drive) and once it got processed in Halifax and put on a truck to be delivered to my local post office (.5hrs away) it took 3 days. Completely unsatisfactory.
