In the beginning I had wonderful experiences and great help. Then out of the blue after 8 or 9 years being a faithful patient they 'shelved' my prescription simply because I wasn't buying from THEIR licenced producers (because the wait and cost was not worth it so I bought from the local GOVERNMENT licensed facility). There was no other reason and I still need the prescription. So overall I would say the premise of the organization is magnificent but, being able to lose your prescription because you buy from the wrong LICENSED GOVERNMENT FACILITY. That's wrong on too many levels and simply unacceptable in 2025. Gross misuse of the tools they have to help people by manipulating the patient in buying from specific producers. Which reminds me of insider trading. Have the day you deserve. read more
