My wife and I are extremely happy to have met her and will continue to work with CCQ for sure. Cleaners vary so much and to us it's a pain finding people that we can trust to do the job well especially if we are not there which can be frustrating. We probably called between 10-12 cleaning companies before we found Christina and everyone was busy or had a lackadaisical attitude about even scheduling coming out to look at the house but Christina was on it She came right away to look at the house. She communicated with us frequently and they are busy busy all the time but she still scheduled us right away I couldn't believe it. We do not write reviews often but we are so happy with this company and so grateful for CCQ we wanted to put this out there. We scheduled with the owner, TIffany, for a cleaning at 3pm with the expectation of a once-a-month…read morecleaning after the first one. We expected that Tiffany would come for the first cleaning to check out our condo and explain her service. Finally, at 4pm, an hour late, two people showed up. We walked them through the condo, discussed the cleaning process and then left. We asked them how long they estimated it would take and they said an hour. We returned in an hour just as they were just leaving. After they left, we found that all through the condo, the furniture had not been dusted (a basic part of any cleaning job), mirrors weren't cleaned, the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned, etc. In short, it was a half done job and certainly not what we had expected. We paid $140 ($70/hr for 2 people) and ended up dusting and cleaning the condo ourselves the next morning! The two people said they came from Depoe Bay which is why they were an hour late. They were probably tired and had been working all day. That doesn't excuse the lousy job, but it might partially explain it. We also expected that TIffany would call us that evening or the next day to check and see if we were happy with the cleaning. We have not heard a word from her. Obviously, we will not use this "service" again and we STRONGLY recommend you don't use it either!
