It was the type of convo that made us glad we have our security cameras on. Our irrigation manifold was leaking in 5 spots even after Clear Creek tried 5 times to fix it...they had no idea what they are doing...G&S came in and tore out all the poor irrigation work and replaced it with proper connections and took the time to make sure everything was secure with proper fittings and clamps. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
