Stopped by there today to ship a softball bat to my daughter. When I approached the counter the…read moreattendant asked what was in the package. I then told him it was a softball bat.... I guess that wasn't good enough and he then asked to open the package to verify. His basis was that it is against federal law to ship a firearm, something I am very aware of. He didn't ask any other questions, just preceded to open my package. This may be policy but it is extremely off-putting. I stopped him and asked for my package back. Who knows what they do with the packages once they are dropped off. Taking my business elsewhere. Would recommend anyone who doesn't want their packages opened not to do business with them. The employee never greets customers or says anything to you other than it'll be two dollars . I've been in there when he's on the phone with friends and he talks almost the whole time. He doesn't say goodbye, Have a good day. Nothing.... most of these people these days need to learn Customer Service. I'm pretty fed up with the lack of Customer Service in a lot of places .. It's really disgusting.... etc. my last visit [5/22/2026], he tried to charge $8 for a box that's always been $2. When I spoke up about the price he said it's supposed to be per item not per box maybe I misread that somewhere I've never saw a sign. Don't usually pay attention I guess, but also, with that being said, his attitude, he got snippy with me, so I got snippy back and told him how I felt about every time I come in there, He has a bad attitude no customer service, then another woman came in in an interrupted because she didn't wanna wait while we went around in the discussion and then he refused to ship my items. I did and will take my business elsewhere if I can as long as he is there .... He acts the same way at Hardee's .. Customers deserve basic respect good customer service, and consistent pricing.
