One of the best places for fresh Forellen fisch! (Trout). Love that they grow their own in a…read moresustainable way. They have two different types. Lachsforelle, krauterforelle both are different colored meats (lachsforelle is a light orange color) while the other is white meat.
They grill it so the skin is also edible ans sehr lecker!
This restaurant is a very nice drive down a road through the forest and such a pleasant drive.
Overall highly recommend and very good Forellen !
