I bought A used 2014 fifth wheel camper June 20th and everyone was like your best friend. Sat down for financing That I really did not need but they pressure you into it. They talked me into this great deal on all these insurances, Not really telling you how much it all cost. You sit down and they rush you thru all the signing . So you are clueless on the real cost. After I got home I realized how much the insurances and the good sam really was. So tried and call the finance dept. and no answer, emailed and told them I wanted to cancel the insurances and get my money back.. I get an email asking why I want to cancel , I tell them and then of course No answer. So I sent cancelation like it says on the paperwork. and still nothing. What a big scam these folks are. They said they went through it but when we looked at it 2 of the tires where so dry rotted he is lucky he made it home. Floor rotted bad and both ends that fold out where falling apart.. Bought a used camper last October 2020, the sales team was great in selling it to us and made sure we had the extra good Sam warranty plan. Had an issue with our slide where it wouldn't go in or out. Checked the fuses and switch to find it was all good but the slide still didn't work. So it was time to call it in To the warranty company. I called into our good Sam warranty company and was told any dealer who took the warranty policy could repair it. However they also told me they did not have a list of said dealers and I would have to contact dealers myself to see who would work with the warranty company. That was a big red flag. I called 3 separate Camping Worlds, 2 in NH and 1 in Maine, and left messages with the service departments. Since no one returned my calls after several hours, I started calling other dealers. Guess what ...none of them would work with the Good Sam warranty policy because they are very difficult to work with. I called all 3 Camping Worlds again with still no return calls. The following day I repeated my calls and several hours later finally got a call back only for them to tell me it would be two weeks until they could look at the camper and that it probably couldn't be serviced until October because parts were back ordered by 4 to 6 weeks. Well I called a competitor of Camping World and talked with their service department manager about setting up an appointment. He actually walked me through a few items to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He basically fixed the slide problem, with me doing the leg work, within 15 minutes over the phone. Some people may think he lost money doing that, but I think he made money because he will now get 100% of my business. I am going to cancel the warranty payment for Good Sam and let all my friends know about the exceptional service from this Camping World competitor. read more

Stefanie the service manager is incompetent, unprofessional, inexperienced and has no knowledge she is completely unqualified for this position. However, she has a big ego and stood by her work and her employees. So she refused to reimburse us for an environmental package they never performed the work on in the first place. She couldn't tell us the products they were using and she said she does not know even they perform it on a daily base. We where told by Merwin who sold us this package it is like simoniz glass coat on the outside and like scotch guard on the inside. She said what does it matter if it wasn't performed or insufficiently applied we have a warranty on it. That is not the point... we paid $1400 for a service and product we never received. This was a 2 month battle with the general manager Doug Stape to get this money refunded. Not to mention the other problems with the camper what went unnoticed by this so called service manager like a slow leak tire, antenna not working, open seals on the roof, speakers not working. It took another 3 months for Merwin to reimburse us for the extended warranty plan that we cancelled immediately after we found out the prices are not the same as buying directly from Good Sam. He told us he could provide the best price after I specifically asked him if there not other options or it can be purchased after the fact. His prices where double as on the Good Sam site for the exact same thing. Doug Stape never replied emails in the matter regarding the extended warranty plan. They where sitting 11 days on the check alone before they even bothered sending it out after calling them several times a week. There timeline was 6 to 8 weeks we waited 12 weeks for it. The check would have expired after 60 days how long they would have waited if we didn't call them constantly about it? The management have no regards for there customers or have any integrity. Wonder if Stefanie the service manager just forks $1400 out for a service she never recieved, apparently it is no big deal to her. Shameless company starting from the top. Bought a new 5th wheel last july - salesman assured us everything would be all set with it when we took delivery. I even called him to confirm before I emptied out the camper I was trading. Went to take delivery and yup you guessed it NOTHING DONE. Had to wait around for them to at least make it useable since we were headed camping for the weekend. Brought it in in October with a list of things to be addressed - finally got it back in May and I think the only thing that was addressed was the screw covers were put on the backs of the seats at the table. They did have it delivered to us because we couldn't schedule a pick up "can you give us another week so we can get it cleaned for you" the driver that delivered saw all that was wrong and called in for details. advised the best he could offer was that he would be back right after memorial day to pick it up and have it taken care of. Well here it is 2 weeks later, several phone calls, and even more emails and not even a response. Not really thinking it is fair they want all the money and you better make that payment on time - but they cant provide decent customer service! beyond frustrating!! read more

We brought out Motor Home to this facility to have a wiring issue fixed. We brought it there because in Aug 2018 we were there and had a good experience there. They clued us in to exactly what the problem was and didn't give us a line to get us to buy more equipment we didn't need. Well this time we dropped off our RV on October 9th, it is now the 23rd and we still cant get an answer from anyone regarding the repairs. To let you know we live a 4 hour distance from this(closest) camping world and we plan on taking our motor home south for the winter. We may have to go get it and bring it to a Vermont dealer. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL! We had a tire blow out on the way home from vacation in August. It blew all propane lines and wires to the camper and put a hole in our slide out. The police and fire department recommended we get it to the closest dealership which was Chichester. We were a long way from home and it was to risky to try to make it home so we called Chichester and explained what happened and asked if we could bring the camper there for service. We also had a water leak we discovered while on vacation. They told us to bring it right over and we would meet with the service advisor. We spent an hour with her going over everything and she told us everything that was going to happen. The camper sat there for a month and no one would return our emails or phone calls and believe me we made many. Finally we heard from the service manager who is horrible! We were told the water damage was more severe than first thought and that it's possible it could be totaled. Our insurance had already approved repairs and sent money. We told the service advisor that we want to see the damage they are talking about and would be driving the three hours to get there. When we arrived they asked us what we were doing there like we were the ghosts of Christmas past and we told them we told her we were coming. Well we were treated rudely. Keep in mind the trailer had been there for a month. When they brought us out to see the camper our mouths dropped. They NEVER did anything to the camper!!!!! We asked how they could tell us the damage is more severe than they thought if they didn't even touch the camper and we were told they have x ray vision!!!!!!! They lied to us and our insurance! We filed a complaint with corporate who really didn't get involved enough. 7 Months it took to get our camper back! When we picked it up the service manager was RUDE and our camper had damage done to it while there. They put a hole in our kitchen wall, they scratched and gouged our cabinet door, they ruined two of our decals we can no longer get the they had all of our pots and pans laying out all over the place and our coffee pot on our leather chair that gouged and scratched the leather and the manager asked what we wanted him to do about it and we said fix it. The only thing he offered was to fix the closet door and the other stuff he can't fix so now we are stuck having to pay an additional $1200 to fix the stuff they damaged!!! We have tried contacting corporate again and no one is calling back. Poor customer service; they don't get back to you, they lie and your camper comes back with more damage than you left it with. This place is an absolute JOKE! We even contacted the VIP Marcus customer service team to assist with this. Well, that's a joke too! Corporate barely did a thing. Even our Insurance company said Camping World is horrible to deal with and especially Chichester. The only nice person was the front desk receptionist who took our calls who couldn't understand why were being lied to and treated this way and no one getting back to us!!!! read more

My husband and I went to Camping World in Chichester, NH for the first time on July 4, 2018. It was a very busy day and all the sales people were currently busy with other customers, so we were told by "Adam Anderson" to feel free to just go and look through all of the trailers and let him know if we found anything we were interested in. Meanwhile, Camping World had a huge BBQ party for all of the customers, which was not only unexpected, but was very impressive to my husband and myself!! We looked through a bunch of travel trailers and found the one that we felt was perfect for us. We purchased it (it's absolutely beautiful)! Before we could have it delivered, we ran into a huge problem with registering the trailer! I spent an entire day going back and forth to the registry, and trying to get answers from several staff members at Camping World, only to find out at the end of the day that I needed to switch the insurance policy to a different state so it could be registered correctly before it could be delivered to our Maine property. I was so upset, I wanted to just cancel the entire deal because I felt like someone at Camping World should have told me this at our meeting in Chichester, NH the day before, so I didn't waste my entire day accomplishing absolutely nothing and feeling so frustrated that I just wanted to scream!! That's when "Dan Lifer" stepped in and went totally above and beyond anyone's expectations!! He not only helped me to figure out what to do (change the insurance policy to a different state), he offered to do the registration process for me so I didn't have to take another whole day to go to the registry, then drive back to Chichester, NH (1 1/2 hours each way)! I couldn't believe that "Dan Lifer" took so much of his time to help me out in such a huge way (especially because, clearly, NONE of this was his fault)!! I will be forever grateful to "Dan Lifer" for personally taking the time to reach out to me and help me with everything!! I can not say thank you enough to "Dan Lifer" for all the time he has taken out of his day just to make sure I was happy!! I cannot say enough nice things about "Dan Lifer" and the service he has provided to us!!! This turned out to be a wonderful experience in the end!! When they fixed the windows they didn't caulk it causing major water damage. Now dealing with mold. The owner was very smug stating NH doesn't have a lemon law. I could give this dealership zero or negative stars, I would have. We picked up our brand new rv on 4/7, and it was not ready to be picked up after it was stored there for 30 days after purchase for issues to be addressed, and two add ons. The major scratch in the front had yet to be repaired. The reason for it not being repaired was that the body shop they used was back logged. (Nobody ever called to tell me that). Whomever transported the coach, took the sold sticker off of where I put it and moved it over to cover the scratch that needed repairing (if it wasn't for my sales consultant Brett being diligent it would have been passed by.) I spoke with Mark the GM two days before I picked it up, and let him know of my schedule on Saturday to get it first thing in the morning, because I had to work in the afternoon. He told me on the phone he would do what it takes to have it ready for when I arrived. I arrived at 9:10 am, and was told they were washing it and it would be ready shortly...... An hour and 30 minutes later still no one came to tell me my coach was ready. I saw my sales consultant while he was dealing with another client, and he was as shocked as I was that I hadn't received my coach. He spoke with Mark (GM) and he looke out his office and said they were getting it ready. My reply to him was that was not true, and that it wasn't ready. Approximately 10 minutes later I was directed to go to the rear of the building to pick up my coach. When I got out back, Mark walked around my coach and walked back inside without even congratulating me, apologizing for the delay, or anything. Not even a good luck. My coach wasn't even washed like he said it was, and I had to take it with greasy fingerprints and all, not to mention the extra caulking I need to remove from my coach that is on it. Trust me. Pay attention to the reviews here on yelp, because I lived this mess, and choose another dealership. This is a national chain that does not care about its customers, just as long as the checks cash is the bottom line. read more

Very bad experience with service. We brought our Class B camper van in, and showed the service rep where the grey-water tank leaked. There was a 1/2-inch gap in the hose, visible to anyone who peeked under the van. We left after paying for 4-5 hours of labor, and we had the same leak. We brought it in again, explaining that the problem that drove us there in the first place hadn't been resolved. Again, five hours of wait time in the show room-- no wifi, by the way!-- and we left with the tank still leaking. And they billed us, again. Now our total bill for service is nearly $500 and we still have the same, very visible, leak in the hose for draining the grey water. Everywhere we went around Concord-- trying to get this problem resolved, as we had already sold this van and bought a new one-- we heard the same thing: Camping World is the worst. Don't take your vehicle there for service. And if you buy one there, find another service place. They really don't know what they are doing. Total incompetents! read more

We were happy with our purchase until we took it home and found many of the items were not working and not completely installed. We went back but got the run around. on many things. We did finally got new batteries and an adaptor plug. Our vacuum system was not completely hooked up and still isn't. We got into an accident in Maine; called the service dept. to see if we could drop it off on our way back to N.H . They told me no that no one in service is there on the weekends. They told me someone in service would call me back that day to discuss my damage and to let me know when I could bring it in. It has been a week now still no phone call. this is the 3rd time I have called service and they never get back to you. They will not get my business again I brought it to an RV DEALER in Maine . Picked up the 2nd brand new camper we purchased within 6 months as our first purchase turned out to be too small. Salesman and finance were good. That is where it ended. When we agreed to sign a P&S for our new Prowler it had a flat tire on the lot for whatever reason so we noted it in the P&S. When we showed up for delivery and walk through I noticed the same tire was soft and asked the guy in service who was adjusting my Equalizer Hitch. He told me it probably just needed air due to factory under inflation and he himself had changed it with the spare and had replaced the spare with a new tire after. I took him at his word he put some air in and sent me on my way. Needless to say after a week and a half I arrived at our seasonal site to find said tire FLAT on its rim. I immediately called our salesman who asked me to change it myself and bring it in. After the inner turmoil of should I push back and raise hell that they come and do it I figured just get it over with and save myself the anger of an argument I wouldn't win. I jacked the camper up and swapped the tire with the spare that was clearly the factory original and neither tire had ever been touched other than adding air. I can handle a mistake on someone's part but an outright lie is unacceptable to me especially with a safety issue such as a tire. The tech wouldn't have know if I had been hitting the road in a cross country trip with that defective tire and really didn't care as long as he got out of the shop on time that late Saturday afternoon. A Camping World customer no more, he lied way too easily like it might be the culture in there shop. Fast forward 6 weeks or so and the sales and service department made good on ALL promised resolutions in a timely manner with no follow up needed from me. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I have a high end motorhome that needed a safety recall. I made an appointment and dropped it off. I was told it might be a couple of weeks. I told them I could not wait two weeks as I was planning a trip. I asked to get a call in a few days to give me a status update. After 4 days, no one called so I tried to call them. Their phone system is so bad it dropped my call twice before I was rerouted to a voice mail. I left a message and didn't hear anything from them for another 3 days. I called again... finally got someone after a couple of attempts. I was told they hadn't looked at it yet but I was next in line and they would give me a call when they knew something. Apparently, they don't know anything because after 2 days they still hadn't called me. I called back again. They said they were working with the manufacturer because they didn't understand how to do the recall. They said they would call in another day or two. Another week went by before I could finally get a hold of someone again. I asked to speak with the manager, got his voice mail and left a detailed message so he could find out the status before calling me back. He called me back a few hours later and hadn't looked into my service call at all. He put me on hold to go find out information. After 10 minutes and a couple of times picking up the phone and not realizing I was on the line (lots of laughter, but obviously not looking into my situation), I was transferred to the original service writer who still hadn't done anything about my recall. She said I'd have to take it to another location after they did the work because they didn't have all the correct equipment to finish the job. I'll be picking up my coach in the morning and taking it someplace that actually knows what they're doing. So, if you bring your RV here, expect that they will never call you back and that they don't really know what they're doing. read more

July 2016 we purchased a 2017 Heartland Prowler, 32PBHS, for our seasonal campsite. From the start we had issues. One awning piston let go not long after we got it. It took forever to have it replaced or receive parts. Since we were seasonal we had a RV repair man try to fix it. He said he had to call the company because the piston was not the right one for awning. It started leaking summer of 2017. It was parked the whole time at our seasonal site and did not touch the roof at all. From that point on we have been dealing with Camping World Chichester NH and it is still there. We have brought the camper back a few times now for the leak. The just went over the existing caulking and there was water in the underbelly that they never fixed. The first time they fixed it it still had water stains inside when I did the walk through. As of recent I have gone back twice because they fail to fix what they said they would. All lip service. I thought when the new service manager and general manager came on that there would be a change. I even met with them and voiced my concerns. All lip service. In addition to these issues it was hit twice while there. I went to pick it up once and the spare tire and mount on the back was bent away from the camper and just 2 days ago when I went there was damage to the front like someone scraped up against it with a vehicle. There is also cuts in the underbelly that they have made to check for water I'm guessing and has not been fixed since the first time I brought it in. I have been more than patient and am not the person to write reviews or file complaints. Just fix the camper! It is still like new! I am currently writing to Heartland as well as WMUR news and will be writing to Camping World Corporate. Mostly because this review as well as others just shows the lack of care and customer service that this place has. I came close to walking through the showroom the other day and tell everyone there to go somewhere else. Hopefully people will read this and stay away from Camping World Chichester NH. read more

I would never recommend going to camping world in Chichester New Hampshire the service is horrible. We had dealings with Everyone in service and each blamed the other for incompetence. Our RV was in warranty service off and on for over 7 months. We did a walk through showed what needed to be done and over and over those things were not completed. They were NEVER truthful and lied about why things were not accomplished. They blamed Jayco and when we called Jayco we were told they (camping world) was lying because they had in fact approved our work or that some of it was never submitted. When we finally were able to pick it up we took it to the dealer trading it in and found camping world never gave us our new door keys. We put in over 500 miles driving back and forth over the 7 plus months. We actually had to physically drive up there often face to face to get things done! I have NEVER dealt with such HORRIBLE customer service! Jed, Cassandra, unfortunately I don't have all the names! Think twice before dealing with them. Camping World in Chichester, NH has got to be hands down the WORSE customer service I have ever dealt with ! I wish I had of come across this site and read these reviews before we purchased our camper there! The day we picked it we were sent into the finance guy, Merwin who he goes over ALL the warranties he wants us to purchase. We refused all but the Gap Insurance. He was very put off that we didn't buy all the other ones!! The day we picked up our camper we went thru it with a guy from service. There were a handful of things that needed to be fixed. There is (YES, STILL IS) a chunk taken out of the back of the dinette seat, right behind the drives seat, so it is visible all the time, a nail or screw has punched thru to the outside of the roof AND the counter top molding was pulled away from the top when we looked at it to buy. They did the worse job at super gluing it back on! The microwave looked like a kinder gardener had screwed it back into the spot where it was lose. They said, OH, no problem, we'll order the parts and give you a call. That was JUNE !!!!!! I have called SEVERAL times and NO ONE has EVER CALLED me back ! (sorry for all the capitals here, but it's been so frustrating!) I just got off the phone with Camping World in Denver, CO, so if ANYONE needs this number, this is where you call with complaints. I'm "hoping" this route works!! but the number is 888-393-7450. Honestly at this point, we ARE not taking it back for these clowns to "work" on anything. We will do it ourselves! I CAN NOT imagine if we had of paid for all those warranties and you can't even get them to answer the phone to do warranty work ! THE WORST service i have ever had for anything anywhere. I am in customer service (40 years). I understand things happen - problems occur. I gave them every chance but I believe they really go out of their way to find a way to screw you- they cant be this incompetent. I purchased a new toyhauler from them in 2012 and bought the "Good Sam Extended Service Plan that covers almost everything". In March of 2016 I came back from a trip to Florida and booked an appt. with them to resolve about 8-9 minor issues that had built up over time (ceiling fans not working correctly, radio that doesn't power on all the time, GEN switch that stopped working- typical RV things now made in China that wear out/ break over time. First mistake - when asked when i needed it back i was honest and told them there really wasn't a rush- as it was going into storage until the fall. I was told all the repairs should take about 2-3 months due to the paper work with the warranty insurance company. I called every month and was told that "parts were on order, they were awaiting more approvals from the insurance company, they were continuing diagnosis, etc". I expressed my concern that time was passing by - at this point they had had it for 5 months. I was told it would be ready soon as they had approval for most of the repairs from the Ins. Co. Total repairs were about 3K- and in addition some things that were not covered were my responsibility- about $500 ( grease bearings, all the shipping costs for the parts (this is not covered by the warranty). I continued to call trying to schedule picking it up but all of a sudden I could not get thru to the service writer- no one else could help me. November comes along - I am trying to plan to go to Florida end of December and I finally get a call from the Camping World service writer. My RV is ALMOST ready (one outstanding repair...still waiting on a part) BUT they never really got the Ins. company approval- when they did finally call it was all declined as they had performed most of the repairs without prior approval. If I want my RV I have to pay for all the repairs while they sort things out with the insurance company. If they are reimbursed I will get my money back. total now $5000!!! I called the insurance company directly- nothing is or will be covered - Camping World failed to get prior approval. After days of calling / emailing and complaining and getting no one to call me back I finally get a call from the service manager- No apology - He tells me that he is going to have to eat the cost of the repairs unless I can get the insurance company to cover everything. I can come in and pay my portion of the bill (which has now climbed to almost $3000!!)and take my RV. And i better do it soon as they are closing for Christmas week. Oh and the final nail in the coffin....because i am not leaving it to wait for the final part that is on order ( auxiliary gas pump that has been on order for over 4 months...) I have to pay $129 labor to diagnose that part. If I return I will get that reimbursed but it will be considered a whole new repair- Another $50 deductible along with additional 18% charge- $80- for Shop Supplies (changed against the overall repair labor- 3 hours- not what is actually used- and of course shipping. The sales part went ok until I read the reviews. I then spoke to Dan Lifer and expressed my concerns of all the negative reviews. He assured me they replaced management and personnel and are improving. I bought a new camper in March 2019. Went to use it Memorial Day weekend to find the brand new fridge would not work at all. Also filled the hot water tank and the pressure relief valve leaks. I called the service team and was told I had to wait almost a month to bring my camper in. Finally it was dropped off. I called back a week later and was told they just got to it, this was last Thursday 6/20/19, and was told to call the next day. I called every day multiple times and no one would answer or return voicemails. Finally today 6/25 I got a service manager/advisor named Jarod, who sounded less than thrilled. I found out the part for the fridge was on order and could take up to 28 days. I was also told that they found no leaks and that pressure relief valves do leak sometimes... NO THEY DONT. I'm an HVAC tech for 27 years, they do not leak and when they do they have failed. Good thing is he said Ill have my camper by this Saturday. Ill repost after that happens but I will have some choice words for the mediocre service department when I pick it up. read more

I took my Class A Diesel RV to Camping World in Chichester, NH because the air suspension system had a malfunction and the air dryer was purging about every 10 seconds. After over 14 weeks in their shop I finally received my RV back. On the return trip home (150+ miles) the exact same issue started again. Camping World failed to fix the issue but had no problems charging me for the "fix" and took over 100 days to do it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have the opportunity to fix this so I look forward to their response, I will keep you posted. read more

worst experience ever!!! service manager is a BITCH. She is the most egotistical person I have ever met. Brand new camper we bought, they had 5 days to get it ready. LED lights don't work electric awning doesn't roll up need to be replaced. haven't even drove off lot she said needs to check warranty. What they HELL we haven't even left lot. The caulking around trim was in complete. screws were missing that was holding trim pieces. Floor had grease stains. The weather striping was missing on slide out and missing on the screen door that slides back and forth for handle. Can't get a straight answer. Was sent email that confirmed finance was all set for $201. per month. Got there at 11:15 apt. They said it was 269.00 a month. Never left until 5 P.M!!!! How can you spend 5 hrs there when they did nothing to camper. Had to vacuum whole camper, had sawdust everywhere. All electrical is ass-backwards. DO NOT PURCHASE CAMPER HERE OR HAVE SERVICE DONE!!!!!!! Don't know why Good Sam has not shut them down. read more

I cannot believe the way we were treated at this location. Our RV was purchased at Chichester Camping World. We were hours from home, and our windshield wiper arm snapped in half, in torrential rain. We called and were hung up on. We waited until the next day, basically stranded because we couldn't run the wipers, next day was sunny-drove over, and asked again, got a snarky rude response from service counter and turned away. My husband asked if it was at all possible to remove a wiper from another used rig on the lot and they could order another-of course we would pay dearly for this, and the service counter actually made a scoffing sound at my husband and said, "I wouldn't let you do that" like we had asked him for a kidney. What a colossal first class jerk. He didn't even offer to find or order the arm...Now, it's pouring again, and we are stranded hours from home. I will never recommend this lousy excuse for a Camping World to anyone, will never buy another RV from here, and will make sure I tell every person I meet how bad this place is. read more

Service is terrible they have had my camper 8 months always an excuse they blame there vendors for sending wrong parts whatever it takes I guess. They over charge and when you catch them they just add it some where else. If Yelp would let me give them no stars I would. I will be going to pick up my camper this week finally and have told them I will hook up and be gone don't even want to go over anything with them they will just lie anyway. Take my warning stay away I would not bring a car dolly there to have a flat fixed. Believe me when Jordan or Ryan the service manager reads this they will know exactly who this is as I have told Ryan personally I would bad mouth them the rest of my life. I hope this helps anyone out that is thinking of going there. I realize them loosing me as a customer is no lose as they will still be in business but I do hope this gets out to the good people out there. Take my warning stay away. read more

So we bought a used 2005 camper here last October. Beautiful interior, nice looking unit. ($10K not an as is) Fully checked out and road safe we were told. Brought it home and didn't use it. Had to rebuild the toilet as the gasket was gone and filled the camper with a wonderful aroma. When I winterized it the shower squirted out rv winterizer all over the place. Faucet shot. This spring when I removed the rims to clean them up and paint I found 1/8th inch cracks in all four tires. Original tires made in 2004. They paid half after I requested it. The holding tanks were never emptied as I was told. Pulled out over 15 gallons out of the gray tank, which now leaks. The black tank had a few gallons of you know what in it. The battery charging system doesn't work and so on. I understand I bought a used trailer but don't lie to me that this camper was prepped and the tanks were cleaned out. Don't ever put my family or anyone else's at risk sending them on the road with 10 year old totally unsafe tires. Lucky we made it the 120 miles home. read more
