We had an excellent experience at this camping world! We purchased our RV from B.J. Who was so knowledgeable, patient and understood our needs and wants directing us to the best RV for our needs. We purchased a class A and have not looked back. We did have to have a couple things fixed after the purchase, we had a tough time getting calls back at first but when we made contact and brought the RV in we had excellent service and communication. Sales and service have been excellent with all our questions and a special thanks to Brett in sales ask for him by name great job UPDATE STAY AWAY customer service here is horrible. Bought a 2018 mallard and have had it back multiple times and now need to get thousands of dollars worth of repairs done out of pocket. Camping world just told us not covering it. Sent me to heartland and they wouldn't stand behind their product any better. Need a new slide out as a factory seal leaked over the winter. Now we have mold inside dinette that we can't get rid of. I want to start by saying I drove 1:30 to get to this place. I am already a customer from Camping world from Florida. When I ask to speak to a sale person. The person that came to talk to us his name is Ryan Laliberte he introduced himself and ask what do you need. I explained that I already has a 2018 Coleman trailer and I was interested in a toy hauler. He took me to his office and showed me two models in his computer they were use. I told him I wanted new. When I told him I was looking for the brand Fuel, he told me to go to the next Camping World that is in Conway. He didn't offer to show me anything that he had there. Purchased yesterday. Had to avoid many ripoff's during the purchasing process. Came to take delivery, wasn't ready. Came back next day, found rusted locks on cargo doors and currently waiting for someone to come fix. When we asked how long of a wait we were told "No idea, they'll be out when they can". Not impressed having just purchased a new camper. Finally home 2 hours wasted for a 3 minute talk with tech. 2 days shot paying for and picking up new camper. Super impressive! read more

This review is late coming just a heads up for all you camping enthusiast that are looking for travel trailers ,5th wheels et cetera. We purchased a Keystone Cougar 5th wheel in July 2020, The discounts on purchase were horrible compared to what they were precovid. We also purchased the extend warranty packages as we were building a log cab North of there. In finance we were basically told the extended warranty packages covered us bumper to bumper that is not true within the 1st few months we had 4 major warranty issues 3 of which were not covered. The 1st time I went in to talk to service about these items I overheard 2 of the sales service people Talking about how the 2020 cougars were not built well at all ,very unprofessional as I could hear their conversation. When we realize the extended warranty package which was approximately $7000 added on was not really gonna be effective for us we asked to get whatever refund was possible and that took 6 phone calls as the ball kept being dropped by finance finally I had to talk to the GM and get finance to follow through with the paperwork. In the service department there was one bright spot her name is Kelsie she was awesome every time I talk to her but that's the only positive Interaction We had with that store. I took this one step further recently and try the if I'm not happy you're not happy from the owner Marcus and corporate called me and honestly I didn't feel like they cared.My wife and I will never walk back into that store again and if you decide to we tried to warn you read more

Still waiting to hear that ALL the parts for our camper have come in. We took it in last August 2018, absolutely NOTHING was done and we pulled it out of there after 4 weeks. Cassandra phoned a couple of weeks later and said that all the parts were ordered and she'd get hold of us as soon as they arrived.....it's now March 2019.....we've heard nothing and the insurance company said that they STILL haven't had a claim put in from camping world......disgusted read more

After waiting 3+ hours and finally having the service writer return to her station, we're told they had identified the issue within 5 minutes and just been waiting for us! Of course, service Tech then had to go to lunch - another hour - and then billed $170 for reseating a plug! Update - received call from GM the next day. Very polite and sorry for experience. Did nice job of accepting responsibility while supporting his employees - several of which were "New in role". read more

After the purchase of our camper, we've had nothing but terrible experiences with this place. They've had a ton of turn over at their location and there are a ton of inexperienced people in the wrong positions. They're terrible with follow up and getting them to return a phone call is nearly impossible. If my camper didn't have to be serviced by them I'd never ever go back. read more

As we were ready for a newer version of the same class B we travel in, we sent quote requests to CW and another dealer. We sent along a completed option sheet for the model from the vendor, and wanted to order it from the factory. The other dealer got right back to us with a competitive price. CW never did give us a quote on an order, but instead kept sending us information on various leftover and used units in which we had no interest. We stopped by this CW recently for a few items from the store, and for a propane fill. I went in to their rest room and found it in disrepair. The place seemed more run-down than when we bought in 2015. Between the lack of response to my quote request and the apparent disregard for the upkeep of the facility, I've downgraded my rating. read more

I DON"T RECOMMEND YOU GET SERVICE HERE. Service department really let me down. My travel trailer furnace would not ignite. I brought it to Camping World on July 29 and it was diagnosed as a bad sail switch and control board the first week. The parts never got ordered. After 4 weeks I picked up the camper to prep for a trip I had booked for Labor Day knowing it would not have a furnace. All they had done in 4 weeks was pull the furnace out of the trailer and diagnose it. Should have been fixed in less than 2 weeks, easy. No communication between service coordinator and the technicians. The 3 service coordinators don't seem help each other or another coordinator's customer. You had to deal with the person who originally took you in. It was hard to get a call back after leaving repeated messages for an update. When I picked up the camper I asked if the part had at least been ordered but it hadn't. I went back one last time to get the furnace back and to have someone else fix it. Overall, just a very bad experience. It looks like they want to sell RV's and campers but their service group is very dysfunctional. read more

UPDATE: We got our camper back yesterday after being at the dealership for over 4 hours. The problems were not fixed, we have a warranty issue on our camper that we have had for two weeks and were told that it may take a while to fix. When we got home, where they had to access our tanks, they had DUCT TAPED together the entire bottom of the camper. This is a BRAND NEW, 2019 camper that will never be the same! I have tried contacting the number that Good S. left below. It's useless. No one calls you back or contacts you. This company does not care about customer service. After they get your money, they could care less about the customer. DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT WEEKS OF NO ONE CALLING YOU BACK, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A BRAND NEW CAMPER THAT IS BROKEN! I have bought dozens of cars, appliances, motorcycles and never have had an experience this bad. First, our delivery experience was terrible. We were there for 5 hours, and had to bring our camper back for them to finish it. Trying to get ahold of anyone to get the status of parts ordered and service they owed us was impossible. No one ever calls you back. They installed our hitch wrong, which damaged it. Our camper has several problems, and every time they have to order parts and we have to bring in 2 hours round trip for service. My husband showed up for a 1330 service appt today and no one had any record of it. He sat there for 4 hours and we still have to bring it back. I have sent several emails, left several voicemails and have been ignored. I will never spend another dime at a camping world location. After buying 5 trailers from them now trying to sell one back. Paying to transport it myself as there mover wasn't available until days later my camper had been there for 5 days and now they don't want to but it and claim that I have to now pay to move it back. They offered me 20k less than what I originally agreed upon. They said there is water damage but water damage over one slide out doesn't mean 20k less. Obviously I wouldn't agree to that so now I'm out the thousand dollars I paid to move it there and they won't even bring it back to me without me paying to bring it back. And to top it all off the gsm was rude and short told me it's my problem not there's. Talk about not caring about a return customer I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life and all I asked if if they would move it back for free. But no they said they are moving it to a storage lot where I now owe them a monthly payment. This is absolutely ridiculous and when I contacted the headquarters they told me I have to pay to have it brought back. So I pay to bring it there it sits almost a week then I have to pay to bring it back? Absolutely ridiculous I would never treat a customer like this. Buyer Beware means this place In May 2017 wife and I wanted to upgrade and have have always bought our campers at campers inn but the model we wanted was at campers world. We talked to a salesman Jim who was great. We traded in our Rockwood Roo and ofcourse didnt get the best for it but that's life. We bought a Autium Right 38 foot premier model with rear kitchen. Paid for the usual but after leaving the sales department nothing was usual. Paid for the inspection and work around service $380 got there that day to pick it up and it was raining so the guy who did the walk around to teach us about the trailer didnt open the awning because it was raining. Guess what didnt work when we took it home and opened it. Received the title to the trailer in the wrong names, both recyliners were ripped and table all scratched. Took months and so many unanswered calls to get them but we did. We were told to bring it back in October for all the Here is the fun part, NOT. In October we bring it back and make the list of all the repairs needed and winterizing. We call and call and call and get no response about what the progree is on our trailer. In January husband and I had to drink ve up to NH to physically be in someones face. Our trailer had not ever been moved from the spot. We were told the are waiting for warranty and the blah blah blah begins. We were told that there was not enough help people leaving right and left and the ones who were left were doing jobs not trained for. We leave thinking our trip up there would get something done. We were fools. We call February, March April nothing. I finally get this call from a Nate or Nathanial if your mad at him he said an he promised to get to the bottom of this and call me back. BS again another BS setvice person telling you your number one. ( Nathanial is new to this campers World) Here is the best part of all times. In April I get a call from Bridget ( very nice but is the person who had to call) tell me during the winter a tree fell on my trailer but no worries they are going to fix it. It just needs a ladder and they covered it. They dont know when it happened but they noticed it when they pulled it in to fix the awning( In April). I still havent learned at this point beleve nothing they say I waited and called and called and called. Again in May my wife and I drive the hour and half to go there because NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. I get there and ask for the manager Matt. He cones down and we go over everything and we look at the trailer damage and warranty repairs that have not been. I look at the trailer damage and no way a tree hit our trailer, our trailer hit a tree. Plaistic is over the ladder so I couldnt see much and he again gves the good setvice speech that they will fix it and he will personally make it better and he cant believe this happened but he is new there and will fix everything. I will never learn. So my husband and I leave. Now its June, camping season is in full bloom, we lost our seasonal camping site because we have no trailer and of course we call our good Buddy Matt who was going to make sure eve rything was done. NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS on his personal work voice mails. June 22 my wife and I again go up to campers world and ask for Matt but for some reason the store manager isnt around but I had called gefore I went and he was in today. I was met by Jordan ( great person she had left and came back if the company was smart they would clone her and never left her go) she brought my husband and I to Jed (who is new to campers world ) He said pretty much what the others said but he asked to give him a chance nd what did we want. He promised he would call me the next day to let us know what he had found. The ladder wasnt in yet and they had know idea when but we cant take the trailer because it has not been repaired ( End of June they have now had it for nine months and i have lost this camping season) I saved the best for last . At this point my wife and I went to our trailer to clean it out of our belongs because at this point it is unrepairable to us because we bought a new camper not a damaged one. We find mouse poop and ants everywhere. I have never in all my years of camping ever had mice or ants. This wasnt just a few dropping this was an infestation of ants and mouse poop. I climbed up on the ladder that was only crushed at the top to find it was not just tye ladder there was rips and holes dents. None on these holes had been covered to protect it from the weather or the mice and ants from getting in. They only through a piece of plastic over the ladder which protected nothering. Since we have no idea how long the so call tree hit the trailer i has been the way for nine months. No wonder there are mice and ants nested there. I go back into the trailer and bang on the walls near the ladder and roof damage and thoysands of ants come out of the walls. Im sure there is water and mold there also. I would like to give an A++++ Rating to the Service Manager Jed Pierce at Camping World in Chichester, NH. After I purchased my brand new 2018 Heartland Pioneer BH270 Travel Trailer last spring from another Camping World, I had a multitude of issues with it. It was one thing after another last summer and the trailer was in the shop at that location for a good portion of the camping season. After reaching the end of my rope, patience and tolerance, I reached out to Jed in Chichester. He has been what I think a Service Manager should be. He has worked with us to make this experience as painless as possible. He arranged all repairs, parts ordering and accommodations to get thru this process. He had the floor repaired (Damaged by the other Camping World) and it is hard to tell it is not the original. The last item to be fixed was the awning but we were unable to get to it prior to storage last winter. He had us call him as soon as the snow was gone this spring. As we had recently sold our house and was now residing in the camper, he made arrangements to bring the trailer in and wait while the repairs were made. Our appointment was at 9:30, we showed up at 8:45 and our trailer was immediately towed inside. We were out the door, repairs completed by 10:15. 2019 Grand Design camper...my camper has been brought back twice now both times they kept the camper for almost 2 weeks I have in writing the fact when they did the first repair they Did not fix it the way they said they would, and they cut my underbelly and put tape. They proposed a fix which I accepted they had the camper for 2 weeks and did NOTHING. They cleaned up TAPE to the cut underbelly. When Jed the service manager was asked why the fix they said they would do wasn't done was told "because we didn't" oh and all the loose lines just about dragging on ground now from their work .. his solution let me get zip ties! I suggest you RUN from this dealership. I truly expect more from somewhere I spent over $30k with. Horrible service, return calls on messages never done have to call back multiple times. read more

If I could give this place zero stars then I would!!! Just purchased our very first fifth wheeler from Camping World last week. When we were at the facility they had just finished installing the hitch in my truck and then there was no one to be found. With it being my first time with this experience, I couldn't find anyone to help me lock it in to my fifth wheeler. After finding someone to help me it all seemed good. Later that day I went home I realized there was some kind of discrepancy with the finances and it didn't make sense. There were charges that were never explained to us. We purchased Good Sam coverage which had environmental protection for the rv inside and out. We were told this coverage was included in what we just had purchased but in all actuality we were charged an additional $4,000 for this service. We were never once told about that cost. When we repeatedly called the office we were told someone would call us back.... it's been a week and no one has called us back. When we went on our first trip we were parking the fifth wheeler in our camp site and the hitch was clearly installed incorrectly by them and it ended up busting my brand new trucks tail gate. I have called them numerous times today and still have not received a phone call!! This place is awful, unprofessional and should not be licensed to sell anything. read more

There's not a whole lot of service behind the service desk. Can't seem to get much in the way of answers about what might be wrong with our vehicle, and I found I had to do a whole lot of legwork to get the information from the manufacturer to the service desk so they could fix our RV. If it weren't for the fact that I HAVE to go here while my vehicle is under warranty, there's no way in hell I would voluntarily take a matchbox vehicle into this facility. read more

This location chooses to not offer a dump station, making the Good Sam membership almost useless when traveling through. I'd have loved to shop at their store and dump my tanks but had to keep moving to find a place to dump! We are in the market for an RV and drove 150 miles (round trip, over 3 hours) Camping World, in Chichester, NH to look at a few models they had in stock. WOW, this is not a dealership - this is a prison. Let me explain. We walked into the store, and the young woman at the front desk asked" if she could help". I explained" we wanted to look at a few RVs to get an idea of what we want to buy". The receptionist asked "if we had an appointment"; I said "no" thinking to myself, I don't need a doctor or lawyer, I want to look at RVs. The young woman replied "you need a sales person to look at our RVs, we keep the yard and all the RVs locked up." (I'm thinking OK, a control freak is running this place.) But I was nice and I said "OK, please get us a sales person". The receptionist replied "it will be about 2 hours." I looked at my wife and said "I don't think we want to buy anything here." Most RV stoves open up the lot and units on a Saturday, or at let have enough people on hand to show units. What a waste of 3 hours! Can you imagine what you must have to go through for service , if you can't even look at the sales stock for sale? The person or sales manager there knows nothing about sales, only how to try to contros people. He/she should not be a sales manager, he/she should be a warden in a prison. I think that this could possibly be the worst customer service I have ever received .. from the service dept clerk (April) to the service manager (Ryan )to the mechanic ( did not get his name , but he recomended a few mechanic shop in the area that I should have to.. I don't think this store has any kind of training program in place for their employees .. I was in this store for over four hours waiting for a job that was only a 30 job .. after over 4 hours , I was told that they do not sell the proper part I needed .. this was a common tire stem extender .. after this experience , I will probably never shop at another camper world .. and the worst part is nobody cares at camper world .. read more

I purchased a brand new @Heartland travel trailer - Prowler edition in September of 2018 and on the day of pick up we walked quickly through the trailer and noticed that things weren't exactly they were when we looked at the camper a few days before. Their was some sort of gunk on the couch and they told us that they would replace the couch while we were signing the paperwork for the trailer. Well that was September of 2018, we are now in June of 2019 - Camping World has had our camper 2 times and not only is our couch still not replaced, but so many other issues have come up that the laundry list of what needs to be replaced has grown and the communication on our side to the dealership has been plentiful, but what has come back to us is sparse. I am at the point where I am not sure our issues will ever be fixed and I would never recommend @camping world to anyone and I wouldn't recommend @heartland camper either. I would hope that the customer service that would get our repeat business if we got the attention that someone that just dropped thousands of dollars on a brand new item would be at least a 3 star, but I haven't seen it and I am so disappointed. Tomorrow will be the 4th time dropping our camper to be fixed and I hope that I can get some resolution. read more

We went to our 1st camper show just a few weeks ago. Fell in love with the new prowler. Slept the amount that we needed and had some extra options, one of them being a power awning. the salesman said in order to get this sales price we had to purchase it at the at the show. ( Noticing online that night that it was the original price all along ) We also had to put a 10% deposit down. We agreed and he came back with some paperwork which showed that our entire deposit was eaten up by ridiculously high transport fee and dealer prep fee. But we loved it so we agreed anyway. He put a Sold sign on it and said this was ours so jot down this ID number. We went the following weekend for a walk through and pick up of the camper. As soon as they took us back out to the camper something wasn't looking right battery in a different position, sold sign was in a different location and when the technician pulled out a medal rod and said this is to pull your awning down, you can imagine our surprise. We told him something's wrong, we were told that this came with a power awning. He took us back inside and said that the manager will be right out. We proceeded to sit there for nearly 45 minutes watching several salesman stand around doing nothing. The initial guy came to us to see if anyone came out. We told him "no and they got 5 more minutes". No one came, so we left. We purchased a camper 1 wk later from another dealer with great pricing and service. Now two weeks later, no call from Camper World. They may feel they can afford to lose a small fish but word of mouth can make or break you! read more

This Camping World is TERRIBLE for customer service! DO NOT BRING YOUR RV HERE FOR SERVICE. My husband and I dropped off our RV in October of 2016 and did not get it back until April 28th 2017. That's right, no typo here! We brought it in, at the end of a camping season for some repairs. We had just purchased a 5th wheel hitch from them and had it installed BEFORE we brought our RV home. Immediately we had problems hooking up our RV at the campground. We had to have someone come and assist us. We then brought the RV back to Camping World, in Chichester NH and could not unhook the RV from the 5th wheel. The person who originally installed our 5th wheel then told us that the 5th wheel had a defect and that we would have to take it off the truck and return it. Thus begins my nightmare! I'm going to try and make a long story short. Communication between technicians and service people is the worst I've ever dealt with. We've had people, who have also worked there, tell us that the service at the facility is terrible. People went on vacation or were out sick and no one communicates with anyone regarding outstanding orders or helps anyone else out. You call and leave a message and no one leaves a message for anyone or returns your call! Our RV sat in their lot for months! My husband made multiple phone calls with no return calls from anyone. My husband also drove up to Chichester, which is about a 1 1/2hr.'s drive, 3 times, with no hitch. Part of the hitch was returned with other parts that should not have been returned. I think, it was about in the month of February, we told Camping World to keep the RV stored there and winterize it because it was clear to us that we were not getting our RV back soon. Guess what.................we got the RV back this past weekend, 4/29/2017, with the weatherization sticker on it and IT WASN'T WINTERIZED!! Again, we called, after getting our RV home and questioned Camping World about the RV not being winterized and we were told we didn't pay for it anyways :) CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WE WILL NEVER, EVER, BY ANOTHER RV FROM CAMPING WORLD NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR RV THEIR FOR SERVICE. read more

Brought my trailer in to replace the freshwater tank which was leaking. For 2 months they screwed around never doing the repair in spite of my saying "Yes I want the tank replaced" every time I talked to them. I even attempted to give them the exact tank part # they needed to order for my Airstream. Finally after much confusion and many calls a tank was ordered, I had asked for a confirmation that it was the correct part # but never got it. All along the way the customer service was completely incompetent. I then picked up and paid for my repair only to drive home and fill the tank and have all the water leak out. Additionally the tank monitor no longer registered at all. (The reason I wanted to supply the part no for the tank was Airstream uses 2 different variants of the tank depending on which monitor unit you have!) I called to complain and got a manager who told me they would reverse the charge. I was offered to have them pick up the trailer the next day (1.25 hour drive each way) but I was leaving on trip and couldn't do that so we made an appointment to have the repair finished. The charge wasn't reversed so I contact the manager and he said that reverse was contingent on the trailer being picked up, which he did not mention nor did he tell me that choosing the appointment nullified the charge reverse. In short I was lied to and not only did the replacement tank leak but they broke the tank monitor in the process. Given how poorly things have gone I don't trust them to towing my trailer 70+ miles each way. We'll see if after the second attempt at the repair if they can actually fix the problem. read more

Camping World of Chichester is a terrible place to deal with. The day we bought our 2016 camper they lost the keys before we even could leave the lot. At the end on camping season 2016 we brought our 2016 camper in for some warranty work and when finally done and went to pick it up the battery was dead(so had to wait for it to be charged), come to find out they left the lights and stereo on inside and never cleaned up after the work they tried to perform inside. Now we are dealing with a warped table after only a year, set up a claim to get replaced now are being told it will only be repaired, one person says the parts will be in on Wednesday and get there to be told no parts won't be there for a couple more weeks. No one seems to know what is going on at this place ever. read more

And that would be the last adjective to describe our experience since we drove off the lot. The" service department" is a joke-- from gauging prices (despite warranties) to inexperienced workers-- to a lackluster product being pitched as the next best thing to sliced bread (only to find out something else needs to be repaired every 500 miles) we have been extremely unhappy with them. Told me oil change was 69.99 for my parents camper. I asked "That's 69.99 total for sam memebers?" I was told yes total. they drive up 1.5 hour each way then are told that its 69.99 and about 60 more dollars for "Rags and Shop Supplies". They then left the camper so they could fix the jacks and mount a car hitch. They drove back up with car to have the hitch set up. Had to spend the whole day paid top dollar to see they used the old electrical set up even though new hitch was being installed and no discount do due using what was already on the camper (600 for labor to just mount the hitch is a rip off they were to go over the electrical). 5pm they paid and everyone left. Multiple people saw a 70 year old couple trying to hook up the car and NOT ONE PERSON STOPPED TO HELP. It was dark so they left unhooked. No showed them how to hook it up or even showed them it works. They get home and the electrical is all messed up. Left directional does right and flashers are flashing extremely fast. My parents are now on their way AGAIN camper and car back up to have it looked at. 1.5 hours each way fuel for both cars wasted the whole day 9am-7pm and not one person thought after someone spends about 2500 on a hitch to make sure they know how to use it. They knew this was a new style and my parents were replacing one at mounts to the car to one that mounts to on that mounts on the camper. 69.99 for oil change with the 60 fee for rags and shop supplies. Expensive rags they must have up there. I have never been in there and not had to literally stop people for help in the store and the girls (when I am there are useless behind the service counter) Stay away !! Had "service" for the refrigerator for the second time. They said something was unplugged. Brought it home and again it worked for about an hour. Seriously my 5 year old can do better. Absolutely horrible. read more

My self and my wife visited camping World we set an appointment with Jessica Jones she was absolutely awesome very knowledgeable about all of there products we had no intention to buy we were just looking by the end of the day we were proud new trailer owners after all of her world class service she passed us on to Ashlie in the store which was great for us because we were so new to this and had no idea of what we needed we revisited the store 6 times and all 6 times Ashlie was right there for us she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful we also added slide out covers with parts which was also a great experience for us we also met Matt the finance manager he was awesome and helped make our dream a reality then we met Tom for our walk through which was awesome and very helpful to us he spent a lot of time going over the unit and made sure we understood everything about are unit and answered everyone of our questions in-depth lastly Sean from service made sure we were winterized all of are extras were added with quality workmanship and are unit was delivered right on schedule I would like to thank all of you for the greatest experience we have ever had with a major purchase I would never buy from anyone other then this camping world ever I'm a lifetime customer thank you very much to all the Newhall family read more

Bought my heartland mallard m210rb at camping world chichester, NH. I had a great experience with the sales staff but then everything went terribly wrong. After I purchased the camper it was like they didn't care about anything else. From trying to order parts at the parts counter (they acted like I was bothering them). When I finally got some help they told me they would get a quote for me for a slide topper. After waiting 3 weeks for a quote I got a text asking me why I haven't rated them 5 stars on Google. I told them because I was waiting for a quote for a slide topper. They finally got back to me because they wanted my 5 star rating. So they ordered my slide topper and told my they would call me to set up an appointment when it came in. They called to setup the appointment and I reminded them that they had my camper in storage and that I hadn't picked it up yet. They told me great and that they would get all the work done and call me when it was ready. So the day the work was supposed to be done I get an email at 11am telling me I have a 9:15am appointment. I didn't think anything of it and replied (awesome I can't wait to pick it up). Then I get home and there is a message on my machine saying I missed my appointment and that they would be happy to reschedule. I immediately called and asked if it was a joke because they had my camper because I hadn't picked it up yet. They told me no and that they didn't realize they had the camper even though I reminded them when I called. I asked if they could get the work done by the time I picked up the camper and they told me NO. Needless to say they have lost a customer. I will only going back for warranty work and will be getting my service elsewhere from now on. If I could sell my camper back to them I would and buy from someone else. Steer clear of camping world. They only want your sale and could careless about anything else. read more

I was very happy with the service. My electric power went out. They were able to get me in and fix it the same day. Jordan was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The repair man , sorry I don't remember his name, was also very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the progress. read more

Our service assistant Lindsey was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us. She even gave me a ride home when I dropped of the RV. She did everything She could do get our service work done on a timely manner. She explained the work that was being done and kept us informed. I highly recommend Lindsey for your service assistant. read more

I went to camping world to ask a question about my fresh water tank. There is a small hose coming out the back and when I try to fill the fresh water tank is just pours out. I couldn't find a valve to close it. I approached the service desk and one worker (I wish I had gotten his name) told me it was an overflow line and that I had filled the tank. This didn't sound right because it happened right away and I have never put water into the tank. I then went out and found the model unit that was mine and there is a small white cap on the hose and can be removed easily. I took this part inside to him and explained that this is the part I need to fix my rig. He became rude because I went on the lot and "stole" a part off his camper. All I wanted him to do was either give me one or the one I had in my hand but he refused. I told him I was leaving with the part then he said he was going to call the police. He followed me outside and took my plate number. In hind site I should have waited for the police but gave it back to him. He then got very abusive and clamed to be the manager but that I don't think so because I met both the service manager and the general manager a few months ago. If this is the kind of customer service that I am going to receive from them then I will now take all my business elsewhere. To threaten to have me arrested over a $1.00 part missing from my $55,000.00 camper shows he has no sense of customer service. I say stay away from this dealer. read more

If I could have given it a 0 star rating I would have. Drove ~ 60 miles to look at and compare Class B, B+ and C RVs. My husband and I had done our homework r/t what type of vehicle we think would best suit our needs. Arriving at the showroom (mid-Feb) we were met by an unsmiling and unfriendly older woman who said that all models are locked - and I'll have to get you a salesperson. The salesperson arrived and even though we knew what we had come to look at, and had asked to see - he promptly (within the first 2 minutes of meeting us) told us that: "...those models are going to start closing in on you ... " indicating that he wanted to show us larger RVs. He continued is the typical obnoxious, unprofessional, condescending sales pitch - that so many of us have learned to hate. I was reminded to the scene from Fargo - of the family who walked in to purchase a new car and was given the epitome of a sale pitch. Our advise - find another place! read more
