That evening we received an email and in it were the written out estimate alone with an updated copy of their insurance. We had 3 other estimates and while they were somewhat close, we chose them because of their outstanding customer presence and followup. Today they were in our yard on time and ready to go. We decided on getting our old large oaks trimmed (to save us money) along with removing a couple of other trees. When they left, all the debris was picked up and the yard area looked amazing. He asked for money in full as a courtesy due to his anniversary, stupid me gave it. He never put in border around the rocks so they all just kept falling all over my driveway. They left debris on my neighbors lawn and I had to hire someone else to come and remove it. I had to hire a separate company to come and do the tree stumps. He left shrub stumps in the ground and just put rocks over them all while they were visibly sticking out. He never put weed liner in the beds, just dropped rock. Zero response when I tried to contact him about it. I would never use this company for anything!!! His word means nothing. It's a disgusting way to do business and he totally took advantage of me. They're incredibly responsive, always consistent with their service, and usually remember special requests. I have been to his office and talked to him about the problems and requested repairs. The roof was completed in May 2017. I have been trying to get his company to do the repairs ever since. Nothing has been done. I do not recommend this company to do business with.
